If you’re a white person, particularly a male white person in Asheville, NC and you were thinking about going to work for the city government, think again. They just hired a new black preference official and in the spirit of the discrimination of the 50s, “Whites need not apply.”
They call the position an equity and inclusion manager, described as being “meant to root out institutional racism and give opportunities to underrepresented minorities.” Now it’s not about the job you can or can’t do, it’s about whether you are too white to get hired to do it in an “inclusive” manner.
The newly created position went to Kimberlee Archie, who happens to not be white, to be female, and to sort of resemble Loretta Lynch; no surprise there. The runner up in their nationwide search was also a black female, by design. Archie’s position starts on July 31st with an annual salary of $80,000.
That’s not killer money but it’s pretty darn good, particularly in Asheville. For not having to do much more than take a look at people and make superficial, subjective decisions about them prejudicially based upon their skin and genitalia it’s awesome.
Obama created the environment for this type of outrage and the busy work position with his and George Soros’ orchestrated racial uprisings along with his two racist Attorneys Generals. They instigated a long barrage of racial unrest and cop vilification that has, amazingly, settled down now that the instigating “commie community organizers” have been removed from office by the American voters.
During the dark days of Obama there was a shooting of a black resident by a white officer that was ruled justified. Naturally, that part didn’t matter and his criminal activity was completely overlooked. The cowards in city government thought the best protection for them was to piss away $136K per year and lock white people out of jobs in the city, so that’s what they did.
Hers is one of those busy body, we’re going to tell you how to do your job kinds of irritating positions that intrude into legitimate managers’ and supervisors’ work and expect ring kissing on demand and lockstep obedience in return. She’ll be inserting herself inside city departments as well as working with racist nonprofits, the public and mysterious “others” to “establish the use of ‘an equity lens’ in all city programs and policies.”
An equity lens is opaque and produces a “we don’t see no white folk” effect. Unnamed officials said her first focus will be on city hiring and human resources, purchasing, public engagement, sustainability, public safety and community and economic development. That’s an awful lot to all be first at the same time – what’s left? They made sure they got their UN Agenda 2030 sustainability represented too – it’s just tax money and these taxpayers are obviously dumber than dirt.
City Manager Gary Jackson said she has “a passion for social equity,” which sounds an awful lot like a description of a butt-hurt, manipulative racist. He added, “Kimberlee Archie brings to the City of Asheville a demonstrated track record in accountability and facilitating opportunities for others to grow and develop.”
By others he means those who are the right color and have the right style of genitalia. Not any of those horrid, evil white boys that they’re discriminating against. Whites no longer have a place in Asheville’s future. They can take their white privilege somewhere else, Asheville is black privilege territory now.
