The response from the White House on Tuesday to the latest incident of judicial overreach, of an Obama Alinsky agitator in a black robe usurping the Constitutional powers of the president, was predictable and entirely justified.

One could even describe it as moderate, considering that it is now undeniable that there is a conspiracy, an attack on the office of the President, by his predecessor and the shadow communist insurgency at work. The deep state judicial arm of Obama’s OFA radical agitating organization, that he operates in conjunction with the Soros web of slimy miscreants, is engaged in a plot to undermine our president. That’s called sedition, judge and Mr. Obama or whatever your real name is.

The White House condemned the actions of so-called judge, William Orrick, in blocking the Trump executive order calling for a halt of grant payments and other funding to sanctuary cities and entities as of June 30th. They described “judge” Orrick’s action as another in the series of acts of “egregious overreach by a single, unelected district judge.” They didn’t point out that it was an Obama appointee who is acting on behalf of his choom gang comrade, so it’s safe to describe it as a moderate response.

The Press Secretary’s office issued a statement that read, “Today, the rule of law suffered another blow, as an unelected judge unilaterally rewrote immigration policy for our Nation.” It noted, “This case is yet one more example of egregious overreach by a single, unelected district judge. Today’s ruling undermines faith in our legal system and raises serious questions about circuit shopping.”

The White House described the conflict over the President being able to conduct the affairs we elected him to carry out as it pertains to the sanctuary lawless zones as being “between sovereignty and open borders, between the rule of law and lawlessness, and between hard-working Americans and those who would undermine their safety and freedom.”

Reminding the American people of the very real consequences of allowing the scofflaw officials to hide behind the judicial agitator’s robes, the White House said those responsible for sanctuary policies now “have the blood of dead Americans on their hands.” They vowed to “pursue all legal remedies” in challenging the ruling.

The administration added, “We are confident we will ultimately prevail in the Supreme Court, just as we will prevail in our lawful efforts to impose immigration restrictions necessary to keep terrorists out of the United States.”

In the meantime, the bad guys win again, thanks to the corruption of Hussein Obama, the Democrats and the crooked operatives dressed up as judges that force their will upon the rest of us. They’re not fit to be judges and every day they dispense the same kind of distorted decisions, without the attention brought to them that these cases have.

It’s clear they are unqualified and need to be removed. While you’re at it, Mr. Attorney General, wouldn’t this be a great time to lock up Hillary Clinton, Hussein Obama and George Soros, to keep them busy fighting other battles instead, leaving them less time for their criminal mischief?

This crap is getting serious. Why should you/we have to wait until it gets to the supreme court? Actions should be taken against any of these judges, both sides, but obamsssss most and they be removed. 1. No more lifetime appointments, this is another case of where they do not work. 2. who has jurisdiction over the fed judges? They need to step in and remove, or if they are not doing their job, should be removed and people that will follow the law put in their place.

Listened to Rush Limbaugh this afternoon and he said that his friends who are constitutional lawyers said that this Judges Ban, is in fact, just a ploy to get the news media to report that it’s banned. But in fact, it’s not banned. I hope Trump gets better lawyers to explain this to him, so Trump still can withhold funding to Sanctuary cities.

  3. GREAT ARTICLE! – just testing caps…

Many of us couldn’t wait for Maobama to stop defiling the White House, but, as predicted, the nation will be poisoned for decades by his crappy, hack judicial appointments, confirmed by Hairy Roid and accomplices.

Yes, the Trump Administration response to this latest outrage is “moderate“ if only because the word “impeachment“ has not been used.

The do-nothing House should impeach these two perps, even if there is no hope of getting a conviction in the cesspool Senate.

I have been directly victimized by a corrupt Democrat judge here in corrupt, ignorant Delaware.

A jerk in a black robe trashed my rights (a) just compensation (for my property corruptly, abusively, and lawlessly taken by eminent domain), (b) to be heard as a defendant, and (c) to a fair trial.

The Delaware Supreme Court happily looked the other way. The whole judiciary in Delaware has been corrupted by decades of entrenched one-party rule. That’s called a banana republic, right here in America.

Either FIRE or IMPEACH all of the thug alleged Judges appointed by the demonrat Presidents, do it now. No, wait, now. No, wait, wait, wait now; etc… If President Trump keeps following unlawful blocking of his authority, nothing will get done, he will not get a second term.

  6. What will it take to remove these violators from the bench??

  7. Why am I not able to post my previous comment – I got a message “Your comment appears to be spam”?

it doesn’t give you a way to tell what the problem is marlene? that’s the same problem denis had, I’m not sure how to fix it – I’m pretty ignorant tech wise beyond the basic stuff – any idea what might have been the trigger words?

      • Hey, thanks for your response! I first used the word “monsters” to describe judges who should be thrown off the bench. After the “spam” notice, I changed it to “traitors” and got the spam notice again. I capitalized both words in the comments, so maybe we can’t capitalize? They accepted “violators” in small case. Other than that, I wonder if denis figured it out yet. I’m “pretty ignorant tech wise” even about the basic stuff – lol.

  8. Is it true Judicial Watch will file to freeze tainted assets of Clinton, Soros, Obama and 90% of congress men and congress women.

  9. It is, obviously, really bite-the-bullet time. I’m talking big time: for the Usurper to be arrested and held for trial, on a whole host of charges by now, including fraud, perjury, and treason. And Hillary too, for her own extensive set of charges. But first things first: the Usurper’s trial before a legitimate, Common Law court. And when he is found guilty, particularly of the fraud of having occupied the Oval Office illegally, all of the legislation that he signed into law, and all of the E.O.’s that he issued, and all of the appointments that he made – including to the SCOTUS, and lesser courts – go with him, into the trash bin. And that includes all of the decisions that his illegally appointed judges have made. Especially including those that have attempted to stop Trump from a) cleaning up the mess regarding ‘refugees’ from suspect countries, and b) this latest episode of judicial overreach. And we get back to the rule of law in this country. Or the U.S. is toast.
