Sean of SGT Report has gathered some interesting analyses of the Las Vegas Shooting which indicates that there was more than one shooter, perhaps several. In kicking off the analysis he takes a few well-deserved shots at Paul Joseph Watson’s adamant dismissal of possible theories based in part upon its potential damage to his YouTube earnings.
Apparently Watson and Steven Crowder who goes along with his rant, don’t allow dissenting opinions or the recognition that theories other than theirs can be valid. In doing so he labels anyone who entertains those possibilities to be idiots.
Watson says that the victims are horrified at the “false reports” that there was a second or multiple shooters, which is not true. As Sean points out, many of the victims themselves reported multiple shooters. He conflates the victims being “horrified by reports that the whole thing was a hoax,” he says, quite a different issue.
Sean notes that the police recordings cannot be debunked, they are fact and part of the record. Their own reports stated “that there was an active shooter inside the fairgrounds and an active shooter near gate 7.” He plays an audio clip verifying those reports along with many others.
Of particular interest are two different clips from inside the fairgrounds in which the sounds of gunfire are overlapping from two different sources, one louder than the other. An audio analysis is done on the taxi cab video outside of the Mandalay Bay hotel entrance that likewise indicates there was more than one shooter, with echoes isolated and identified for what they are.
He notes that if anyone is making idiotic comments, it’s Watson, who claims that the different sounds are from the gunman turning around and firing at the door. If that were the case, which it clearly isn’t, how long does Watson think that door would hold up to that barrage of point blank fire?
He plays clips of police recordings indicating multiple shooters at Mandalay Bay and also gets into the other reports from around town of shooters at various other strip properties. He’s got his own explanation for why Watson is so determined to put his spin on the story and shame those who don’t buy the single shooter theory as idiots.
Certainly the evidence indicates there was more than one shooter, as presented. If there wasn’t then let’s hear the explanation for how the distant and near sounds of gunfire came from the same location. And how so many witnesses, including trained police officers, all made the same mistakes and gave the same “erroneous” reports.
