Things have changed a lot in Maricopa County, AZ since Sheriff Joe Arpaio was defeated by libtard whack job Paul Penzone. Since he took over much of the work of America’s toughest sheriff is being undone, including cooperation with Immigration and Customs Enforcement, ICE.
Libtard Penzone refers to illegal alien criminals as his guests. The definition of a guest is “a person who is invited to visit the home of or take part in a function organized by another.” Nobody, other than possibly another illegal or a gang member invited them into our country, so Penzone’s terminology doesn’t quite fit. Try illegal or squatter, Penzone, those are the type of words you’re looking for.
According to Judicial Watch, during a recent ten day period, Penzone released over 400 criminal offending illegal aliens back onto the streets of Phoenix. ICE wasn’t contacted, his “guests” just checked out and left. They report that weekdays are the busiest, averaging 40 releases per day rate. On weekends things slow down to about a fourth of that number of criminals set free to offend and be captured again.
Judicial Watch reported, “The illegal aliens have state criminal charges ranging from misdemeanors to felonies, driving under the influence and drug offenses. ‘There’s no telling how many criminals he’s (Sheriff Penzone) putting on the streets,’ said a high-ranking federal law enforcement official stationed in Arizona.”
Under a system Sheriff Arpaio created, ICE would send a wagon twice per day, every 12 hours, to pick up the criminal illegals being released to them. Now ICE officials are not being notified, the individuals they want are just being released.
An unnamed Phoenix ICE official stated, “Without cooperation from county authorities, federal agents would have to stand at the door to the jail 24 hours a day and guess which prisoner should be deported. We can’t stand out there and question everyone that walks out of that jail. Even if we did, we would have to make arrests on the street, in the middle of protesters, families and picketers and that will only heighten the danger to agents.”
Judicial Watch cited the case of Ever Valles as an example of the threat this misconduct and lawlessness on the part of the Sheriff presents to the community. Valles is a Mexican national, illegally present in the United States, who was arrested in October on multiple charges. They were serious offenses, including possession of a weapon and vehicle theft. He was flagged for ICE removal but instead the liberals in Denver County thought it was a better idea to just let him roam free in their community. The 19-year-old gang member was released in December and subsequently rearrested this month for fatally shooting a man during a robbery at a Denver rail station.
Penzone is giving Phoenix residents forty opportunities a day to have that same type of event play out in their city. That’s forty squeezes of the trigger in Russian Roulette where there could be none. Those are not good odds and there’s no excuse for it to be happening.
Thank you for reading and sharing my work – Facebook is trying to starve us out of existence, having cut literally 98% of our traffic over the last year. Your shares are crucial for our survival, and we thank you. We’ve also created a presence on Gab.ai and MeWe.com, although their reach is presently much smaller, the continued abuse by Facebook of conservative voices leaves us no option. We’re remaining on Facebook for the time being, as we make the transition. Please take a look when you have a chance or if we “suddenly disappear” from Facebook as has happened to many other truth-tellers. They’ll either starve us out or take us down, one way or another, sooner or later.
