Two Senators are demanding that Deputy AG Rosenstein, who is leading the cover up by DOJ of agency criminality, open a criminal probe of dossier author Steele,
It’s kind of obvious but not unexpected that Rep Adam “Bobble-Head Schiff (D-CA), Sen Ron “Spittle Spray” Wyden (D-OR) and Sen Richard “Stolen Valor” Blumenthal have all toned down their demands for actions based upon their Democrat Party’s work of criminal fiction, the Steele Dossier.
Now that they’ve run out of bluster and come up with nothing in their witch hunt, the document itself is becoming a liability, evidence of their own criminal conduct and something that they are now having to add to the extensive “Democrat things to cover up” list.
Faced with hard evidence of collusion between the Democrat Party and their criminal members working within the Department of Justice, the spotlight is being refocused on the real criminals in the Obama regime who were attempting to steal the election for their own criminal political syndicate, partially through the production and promotion of the Russia dossier.
Toward that end, Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Sen Lindsey Graham (R-SC) are recommending a criminal investigation be launched into former British spy Christopher Steele, who wrote the political hit piece against President Trump on behalf of the Clinton campaign, FBI, DOJ, George Soros and Hussein Obama. Obama’s OFA, which works with Soros-affiliated groups, donated the first million to the law firm and money filter Perkins Coie to get the sleaze ball rolling.
In a letter dated January 4, 2017 to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, the Senate Judiciary Committee wrote that they had reason to believe that Steele lied to federal authorities about his contacts regarding the dossier.
In a related statement, Sen Grassley wrote, “I don’t take lightly making a criminal referral for criminal investigation. But as I would with any credible evidence of a crime unearthed in the course of our investigations, I feel obliged to pass that information along to the Justice Department for appropriate review.”
Grassley continued, “Everyone needs to follow the law and be truthful in their interactions with the FBI. If the same actions have different outcomes and those differences seem to correspond with partisan political interests, then the public will naturally suspect that law enforcement decisions are not on the up-and-up.” Graham concurred, stating, “I believe that a special counsel needs to review this matter.”
Essentially the Senators are accusing the DOJ and FBI of bias and the partisan dispensation or lack thereof of “justice.” It’s an obvious reality to the American people but one the admission of and demands by lawmakers for an investigation by lawmakers have been a long time coming.
Now that their counterparts on the House Intelligence Committee have obtained assurances that all of the documents they have been struggling with the cover up artists at DOJ will be provided on Friday the truth seems to be being forced out and with it, possibly, criminal indictments. The illegal and false actions of Steele put his name as one of many atop the potential defendant list.
