The Blackstone puppeteer holding the strings of President Trump and HUD Secretary Dr. Ben Carson at a DC march must have been the handiwork of some of Elizabeth Warren’s staff people.
It’s not likely that the agitators standing in the street, chanting or reflexively holding out their hands would even know the name of the world’s largest real estate private equity company and hedge fund on their own. Heck, most of their buildings “ain’t even got no hedges.” It’s a good thing Warren’s seen their names on campaign fund deposit slips or they might not have known their identity.
The march was relatively well attended despite being held on a Wednesday, in the middle of the work week. The participants are likely all Democrats with Obama jobs. Obama jobs don’t occupy much of one’s time, just a matter of checking to make sure the Welfare and EBT loads went on the debit card correctly.
That leaves lots of time for complaining, chanting, marching and clapping your hands. Housing is a right, they say, and they’re holding signs so it must be true. “Fight, fight, fight” is the chant. If they were willing to expend that much effort why not just work, work, work?
Sure, they might have to move to an area where there are jobs or get up earlier than 8am. That is a huge sacrifice. Besides, the trip to the workplace is such an inconvenience. And why should they? Housing is a right. All they have to do is demand it, check the 28th Amendment.
Elizabeth Warren addresses the group and obviously brought the wrong speech. She says “We believe that hard-working people should not be kicked out of their homes so that big banks and billionaires can make more in profits and we will fight back.” If they’re hard working people they can afford to cover the balance of their Section 8 housing. It’s a simple mistake. She meant to bring the homeless cause you’re “sitting on the couch watching Oprah reruns and drinking Schlitz instead of working” speech. They look a lot alike. It’s a mistake any comrade could make.
They chant, just like the dems have their mindless parasites and paid operatives doing everywhere., at every “made for TV” demonstration. They recite their cute little “what do we want” chant. This time it’s what do we want – Affordable housing. What’s affordable – paying nothing? You sure that’s not asking too much?
You’d almost think this was a jailhouse reunion with the sea of orange t-shirts, but they’ve got a marching band, and it’s not Syracuse. Must be an anti-Trump, free stuff just because I’m breathing rally. And that dastardly Ben Carson, how dare he require the recipients of free housing to actually need it. Free housing is a right, remember, Ben? Carson should know that, he wrote a book on the Constitution.
It’s not that long, he must have seen the part about the free stuff for lazy Democrats.
