Temporary Protected Status, TPS, has been virtually permanent under Bush and Obama, with it running since 2001. Trump is cancelling it so the libtards are again vilifying a legal
The bleeding hearts in the liberal media paint the Trump administration as villains when in fact the Salvadorans who have been taking advantage of the temporary protected status, TPS for the past 16 plus years have exceeded the intent and purpose of the arrangement under the law.
Temporary Protected Status is not citizenship, it is a humanitarian program that was granted to Salvadorans following two strong earthquakes in 2001. It’s been almost two decades, that is a long time for anything to exist as temporary.
The Salvadoran citizen interviewed decries his prospective deportation due to the cancellation of their TPS status saying it afforded him “that opportunity to be able to find [American] jobs and not being afraid of moving from one company to another.” He completely fails to mention the humanitarian reasons behind his residence in the US and conceals his “gratitude” to this nation quite well.
Just like the rest of the foreign parasites, he feels entitled for some reason and makes no effort to hide the fact that he is considering remaining here illegally. He says it’s a tough decision, whether he stays here and goes into hiding when he’s “never done it.”
He says he won’t feel safe squatting in America, that he’ll be afraid of taking the wrong turn and being apprehended. That’s how it’s supposed to be when you’re illegally in the country. There are supposed to be consequences for breaking the law. [[VIDEO BELOW]]
The employer, Mark Drury, cites their benefits to the community as being registered and having re-upped their TPS status on a regular basis. If they had any sense or responsibility, they were sending money home or saving it in the US for when this day arrives and now can go home and retire.
Twenty years in the US is a long time to accumulate savings, if he was planning for the future he was told would inevitably come. The employer says they are contributing members of society and valued employees. He should try hiring an American like himself. They’re valuable too.
He complains “It’s definitely a drop,” whatever that means and drivels on about not being able to take on more work without the foreigners. If that is the case, if they are unable to figure out how to hire Americans, they deserve to lose their business to competitors who can.
He may not want to pay a fair wage and prefers cheap foreign labor, another plus for his business going to an America first firm. Exploiting Americans and employing cheap foreigners may have made their business more lucrative than it would have otherwise been but that gravy train is coming to an end. Hire Americans and quit your whining. You’ll get no sympathy from us.
