Ryan Promises CNN No Mass Deportations For Illegals, Just “Real Criminals”

Open borders advocate and ally of Rep Luis Gutierrez, Speaker Paul Ryan declared to CNN’s Jake Tapper on Thursday that the promised, “deportation force” that Donald Trump had referred to during the campaign “isn’t going to happen.” That could be no big deal, if the laws against employers and other sanctions are enforced. It’s only a problem because Obama created privileged classes of lawbreakers.

Ryan, planted by the establishment into the position of Speaker to protect their interests, told the anti-Trump leftist CNN audience and its host that Congressional Republicans are working with the Trump transition team to craft a solution. Specifically, on the issue of illegals who weren’t born here but were given the status of anchor children by the Obama regime’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) executive order, the top of the slippery slope towards mass legalization.

Now the pressure is on from the open borders lobby that Ryan represents to continue with the lawlessness to whatever degree they can, with the “innocent children” being the sales tool now being exploited. It’s an ideal tactic, a variation on the theme that allowed the mass Islamic invasion of Europe. It’s so effective because it offers a built-in critique of their opponents as being heartless.

President-elect Trump caused concerns among many of his supporters when he signaled that he might be willing to soften his position on the illegal aliens already squatting inside our nation. The children grow up to be adults and they will also petition their parents in some manner. The excuse will be the same, that they don’t want to break up the families.

Although Ryan didn’t detail what possible arrangement he and Mr. Trump might be working out, if any, a likely scripted question put to Ryan by one of the audience members revealed his thoughts on the issue. The woman in the audience, who identified herself as one of those presently protected under the DACA executive order, and who had with her a young daughter of her own as a prop, expressed her concerns to Ryan.

Ryan replied in typical pandering fashion, “I can see you love your daughter, you are a nice person who has a great future ahead of you, and I hope your future is here.”  How does he know that is her daughter or that she is a nice person? Why does he hope her future is in the US, because she’s been able to take advantage of the system so well to this point? It’s the kind of answer that would have drawn out the hankie to wipe a crocodile tear from the eye of Hussein Obama or a tingle to the antennae of Cockroach Luis Gutierrez.

Ryan continued, “What we have to do is find a way to make sure that you can get right with the law, and we’ve got to do this in a good way so that the rug doesn’t get pulled out from under you and your family gets separated.” Get right with the law is code for amnesty and apparently all the family will qualify. That’s the Paul Ryan we all know and loathe.

Get right with the law, as in pretend you came in legally, haven’t been using false documents to go to work or to school and give other benefits and forgiveness that would not be afforded an American who had committed the same crimes. It’s all being considered in the name not looking like a bunch of mean guys by enforcing the law. The fact that it provides an illegal alien workforce to his establishment masters is just a bonus.

When Jake Tapper pointed out, again, in an obvious attempt to sabotage the Trump agenda and the wishes of the Americans who voted for him, that Mr. Trump had promised a  “deportation force” during the campaign, Ryan responded, “I’m here to tell you in Congress, it’s not happening.”

Ryan then repeated what we’ve been hearing of late, that the first focus will be on border security and deporting illegals who have committed other crimes, particularly those who are violent or repeat offenders. It’s an excuse to do nothing or worse. ICE will handle them the problem illegals and while they’re at it, they could act as that deportation force as they happen upon other violators.

The DACA permits are issued for a period of two years. If Mr. Trump simply ordered DHS to stop processing new applications and renewals, the program would die of attrition by the 2018 midterms. Representing the overlooked American citizen is not what Ryan’s getting paid to do, at least not the big bucks, he’s representing the open borders folks. Pretending there’s a way to have your cake and eat it too, Ryan said, “We have to figure out how to have a humane solution to this very legitimate, sincere problem and respect the rule of law.”

By humane Ryan means they get to stay in the US. By respect the rule of law he means circumvent the law through a type of amnesty. It’s a discussion that doesn’t need to take place. Simply enforce the law and everything else will sort itself out in short order. Self-deportations will become the norm, which are free, with no agents and no deportation force required.

  1. We must not forget that about 40% of our illegal immigrant problem is from people who came into the country legally to obtain education and then failed to leave when their VISA’s expired. Dealing with them directly would be very difficult. However, enforcement of employment laws should solve the problem. Trump is likely to enforce the employment laws. That’s one of the reasons he sees so much opposition from the “establishment”.

  2. Actually, Ryan may be, in fact, running interference for Trump. Rick explains in this story that the combination of: a) securing the border; b) allowing expiration of the DACA rule; and, c) enforcing existing employment laws, will result in the desired outcome of self-deportations. Neither Trump nor Ryan can publicly announce this as the plan. But, it is probably the plan and is probably the most graceful solution to the problem. I’m no Ryan fan, but his handling of the discussion may have been very wise. Especially considering the audience he was dealing with.

  3. Just deport dumb ass traitor Ryan, problem solved.

Trump and this congress could force the illegals to self-deport, or at least the majority of them, if they would just enforce the laws already on the books. To help things along they need to add fines and jail time to anyone aiding and abetting these illegals.
The law already puts a fine on anyone hiring an illegal, just increase the fines. And that includes any government official that gives any type of aid to illegals, and yes they are receiving those now. When the parent of an anchor baby applies for food stamps and when they are approved, the amount of the stamps are figured on how many people are living in that house. Once they get food stamps then they can go apply for assistance, and most of the time they get housing and free healthcare.
The 10th grants citizenship to kids born here but they meant to the parent or parents of a citizen. But even if the kid gets citizenship that does not and should not grant citizenship to the parents or family of that kid. What id the definition of family? Some people consider family all the way to the 10th cousin. So will that grant the kids of the cousin amnesty?

    • Alton, you are mostly correct. Two points:
      1) Congress doesn’t enforce existing laws. Only the Executive Branch.
      2) I presume your reference to “the 10th” was the 10th Amendment. If so, the 14th Amendment is probably what you meant. A common, but incorrect, interpretation of the 14th Amendment grants naturalized citizenship to a child born on our soil of parents legally in the country.

If I’ve misinterpreted your meaning, I apologize.

  5. what part of illegal does anyone in Congress not understand? It’s offensive for illegals to stay here while others are struggling to get in legally to the USA. Has Congress lost their minds? I’ll answer that – YES.

  7. exactly. Illegal means illegal and you are a criminal. PERIOD! I put it this way, if your parents brought you over and crossed the border illegally, you need to take this out on your parents. It’s not our problem. You all need to be deported.

I think Ryan fails to realize that he, too, can be replaced. Given that he’s advocating the continuance of lawlessness, he is subject to the laws as well. Not o’shitbag’s laws or edicts, but those already on the books for decades; specifically, immigration laws and laws regarding treason and sedition.
NO ONE is above the law!
He should be very careful to accept the fact that “illegal” means “illegal”, no matter what form or fashion it may present itself.
