Ryan Dances, Changes Question To Avoid Discussing Obama Guilt In WireTap

Bret Baier asks establishment shill Paul Ryan if he’s concerned “that the Obama administration may have been surveilling members of the Trump campaign in a pretty detailed investigation during the election? Ryan doesn’t have those concerns, in fact, he’s so unconcerned he changes to focus of the question. Ryan delays for a significant, noticeable amount of time, perhaps not wanting to say the wrong thing, with the content of Baier’s question being dangerously close to a taboo admission or topic.

Instead Ryan responds, saying, “I don’t think that’s the case. If you recall ‘president’ Obama asked the intelligence community to canvas all of the intelligence and give him a report to Congress on what Russia did do and all their interactions and in that report nobody alleged that there was a person in America like a Trump campaign official involved with the Russians on this. So if they would have found that you would think that they would have put that in the report that they gave us in early January.”

This “boy wonder” can’t be that stupid. Engaging in surveillance doesn’t guarantee an outcome, they may have found nothing and been disappointed after they engaged in an illegal wiretap of the Trump campaign. A failure to mention results is not evidence that illegal surveillance was not conducted, it’s a very obvious and suspicious dodge of the question.

Baier tries again, pointing out that there was a request to a FISA court by the Obama White House in June of 2016 for surveillance of candidate Trump and several of his top officials. They were denied but then in October made another attempt which was granted and a wiretap was initiated at Trump Tower.

He asked straight out by Baier if he’s heard about the wiretap he just documented for him, with Ryan giving another evasive response, saying, “Well, again, and like I said, none of us in Congress or anybody I know in Congress has been presented with evidence to the contrary of what you just said.” What the hell does that mean, Ryan? He asked if you had heard about the wiretap, a simple yes or no would do the job, but a statement that you haven’t been presented with evidence disproving it does not in any way confirm having heard it or not.

Baier answers the question for the Speaker who is obviously having issues with the English language, saying, “So you believe it to be true,” seeking a confirmation one way or the other. Ryan says, “Yeah, we have seen no evidence that anybody in this campaign or any other American was in on it with the Russians to meddle in our elections.” He then goes into a four-corners offense, filling the air with even more meaningless drivel, saying, “We know that they meddled, uh, Russia is an adversary and that’s something we have to work to counteract.”

Baier spells it out for the tap dancing politician in one last attempt, saying, “I got it but my point is that the Obama administration was pretty aggressive with a couple of FISA requests.” Ryan cuts him off, saying, “No I hear your point but I’m saying I’ve seen nothing of that, I’ve seen nothing come of that, that’s my point.”

Baier stops there, never learning whether or not the lying lobbyist tool in the see through RINO suit had any of the concerns he attempted to address so very long ago. We do know, however, that in Ryan’s purchased opinion, it doesn’t matter what Obama did, because it didn’t produce the results it sought. It’s like attempted rape when the victim sprays pepper spray in the attacker’s eyes and gets away. To Ryan, according to the logic he just outlined, there would be no crime. He seems to go out of his way to arrive not lead to a conclusion that Obama engaged in any wrongdoing. Why is that Ryan? Get a little bonus in this month’s pay envelope?

One thing Ryan communicated in explicit detail is the fact that he’s a horrible liar. He might want to call up Obama or Clinton, and ask for pointers. Even Joe Isuzu was more convincing than this pathetic display of dishonesty.
