Rubio’s Pro-Sharia, Extra Rights Bill Passed Senate – Stop HR 257 In The House

congress hr257

It’s becoming glaringly evident that we dodged a major bullet when Marco Rubio (R-FL) was not selected to be the GOP nominee for president. Not only does he wear his establishment credentials on his sleeve, but he’s got new caliphate enabling ones he’s displaying with equal prominence.

Rubio has successfully slipped a Sharia enabling, Muslim privilege and empowering act through the Senate; it passed on April 4th of this year and is now in the House. As hard as it is to believe, some legislation, particularly that which is un-American, pro-Marxist, global takeover enabling does make it through. This one was disguised as more “equal rights for minorities,” the kind of stuff that if the politically correct cowards in government vote against it, they are forced to defend their actions. Most of the swamp creatures immediately knuckle under when faced with a fight. Right or wrong is rarely a serious consideration.

This bill that Rubio, along with staunch anti-American Senator Kamala Harris (D-CA), Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) and RINO Susan Collins (R-ME) sponsored as Senate Resolution 118, was written by a Muslim organization, EmgageUSA (formerly EmergeUSA) and the Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC). They are extremist linked organizations. One might wonder why radical Muslims are drafting pro-Islamist laws for Senator Rubio to slip into our legal system?

The language and the intent is clear. Rubio’s bill was title, “S.Res. 118: A resolution condemning hate crime and any other form of racism, religious or ethnic bias, discrimination, incitement to violence, or animus targeting a minority in the United States.” The beneficiary is clearly the authors. Who has created their own phobia in order to support their manufactured needs? It’s not the Hindus.

The House bill is similarly titled as, “H.Res.257 – Condemning hate crime and any other form of racism, religious or ethnic bias, discrimination, incitement to violence, or animus targeting a minority in the United States. “

The summary posted on the House website reads:

Introduced in House (04/06/2017)

Condemns hate crime and any other form of racism, religious or ethnic bias, discrimination, incitement to violence, or animus targeting a minority in the United States. Affirms that the United States stands united in condemning hate and evil in all forms. Rejects hate-motivated crime as an attack on the fabric of society and the ideals of pluralism and respect.

Calls on federal law enforcement officials, working with state and local officials, to: (1) expeditiously investigate all credible reports of hate crimes and incidents and threats against minorities in the United States, and (2) bring the perpetrators to justice.

Encourages: (1) the Department of Justice (DOJ) and other federal agencies to work to improve the reporting of hate crimes and to emphasize the importance of the agencies’ collection and reporting of data pursuant to federal law, and (2) the development of an interagency task force to collaborate on the development of effective strategies and efforts to detect and deter hate crime in order to protect minority communities.

Calls on the executive branch to: (1) offer federal assistance that may be available for victims of hate crimes; and (2) enhance security measures and improve preparedness for religious institutions, places of worship, and other institutions that have been targeted because of their affiliation with any particular religious, racial, or ethnic minority in the United States.”

Of course passing this preferential, unconstitutional legislation into law only begins the process. Then the committees, the task force with their working groups, will spring into action to grind out rules for the rest of us to follow. Those rules will restrict and punish speech if it is not favorable to any particular group, regardless of the content. If you’re opposed to pedophiles adopting kids, abortion, having your traffic blocked by protesting Muslims praying in the street to demand more special privileges, or not redistributing your personal wealth to Black Lives Matter thugs and welfare parasites you could be guilty of a crime.

Yet these idiots we put into the Senate voted for this monstrosity unanimously, and the House is set to vote as well. What kind of sellouts and fools do we send to DC? We’ve already got plenty of laws on the books. We don’t need to set up a system of preferences under the guise of equal treatment. Preferential is not equal.

According to this bill, Christians cannot have a preference for other Christians in anything, as it will be considered as discriminating, exhibiting a bias against Muslims. If they want to pray in the middle of your bar-b-cue in the park, would it be a hate crime to tell them to move to a vacant spot? Certainly it creates an environment of fear that if one if one speaks his mind or even acts inadvertently, they risk being accused of a hate crime. They’ll have to, at a minimum, go to court to prove their innocence, which elevates Muslims to positions of possessing bullying power over others.

It calls for improving the reporting of “hate crimes,” which necessarily equals more preference, complaints and more investigations. Many of them will be frivolous, abusive and harassing in nature, intended as power or wealth acquiring mechanisms. It further incentivises the reporting of incidences, be they real or fabricated, by creating a jackpot slush fund to reward “victims” who successfully pin blame upon their targeted member of the majority community. There’s also money to fortify mosques so that they don’t have to fear retribution from the public fed up with the abuse of their new imported masters.

And as these most demanding of people require others to accommodate and meet their dictates,  it will most certainly include an acceptance of their Sharia law. Sharia Law cannot coexist in harmony with our Constitution. Clearly these proponents are aware of that and are deliberately assaulting the founding document of our nation. These lawmakers are violating their oaths to honor and protect the Constitution and the United States.

We need to make them wish they had stayed in the relative safety of the DC swamp this holiday and over their August recess. Telling your Congressman or Senator they’re a traitorous scumbag isn’t a hate crime yet, is it?

The entire proposal needs to repealed. The part that bothers me the most is animus. Who decides what thought process that we have will be decided as “thought crimes”, or even more so, to decide that what you think is a crime.I do not agree with this, and I for one will not support such a designed bill that does not cover all, to include whites and Christians, to name a few. Time to impose TERM LIMITS! God Bless America!
    (1) Although HR 257 (and SR 118, which is already unanimously approved by the Senate) says “Condemning hate crime and any other form of racism, religious or ethnic bias, discrimination, incitement to violence, or animus targeting a minority in the United States,” only Muslims and Jews are mentioned as “religious” targets, and blacks or African-Americans as the “racial” targets. No mention of Christians or whites as being even potential targets of religious or racial “bias, discrimination, incitement to violence, or animus”.
    (2) The vagueness and ambiguity of important words, such as “hate crime”, “incitement to violence”, “bias”, “threats”, and especially “animus”. The Cambridge English Dictionary defines “animus” as “a feeling of hate or anger towards someone or something”. A feeling is an in-dwellingemotion, in contrast to “hate crime” and “incitement to violence”, which are outward behaviors of speech and/or action. That means HR 257 and SR 118 seek to make feelings (of hate or anger toward Muslims, Jews, or blacks) into thought crimes.
Then there is the important matter of how “animus” — having a feeling of hate or anger — is detected and determined. Is simply criticizing Muslims, Jews, or blacks “animus”?

  2. This is truly frightening. When / what will be the next step for this bill? What can we do to stop it? I see this is as chipping away at the first amendment. More people need to be made aware of this! EmergeUSA certainly seems a very dangerous organization. This is bringing us a step closer to what is happening in Britain.

Rubio was always a Snake in the grass. He created the gang of eight and was full throttle on open borders, this is what we get from Anchor Babies. So now it will mean us the American Citizens can be Prosecuted but the Muslim Population want be touched!!!

  4. HR-257 is shocking, infuriating, and, I suspect could be grounds for charging these Senator’s with treason. Do you see grounds for pressing charges, Rick Wells? We could oust them much sooner if states can bring charges against their Senators instead of getting the Fed’s involved because they’re puppets who are going to protect their fortunes!

    • I don’t see anything happening because it’s so difficult to organize and the system is stacked against us- I’d say the only real hope is to pressure the House into no passing it or if they do president Trump into a veto – otherwise – it’s gonna be a matter that can’t be handled in a civilized fashion, I’m afraid.

THIS IS AMERICA! To launch a campaign like this is empowering the Islamic community(s) beyond what they need. The Muslims that have entered this country in the past 8 years need to be evaluated to see if they have fully assimilated into our country. If not, they need to go back to where they came from. If these Muslims have no intentions to assimilate, this is a major problem.
