Rep Smith Asks DOJ To Prosecute Platte River Owner Still Hiding Clinton Server Docs

Accountability is a slow process in Washington DC, and it often never comes, particularly if your last name is Clinton or Obama. For those involved in aiding and facilitating the lawbreaking of those who are generally above the law, the day of reckoning sometimes does come, particularly when the other side wins elections.

Texas Rep Lamar Smith, the Republican chairman of the House Science, Space and Technology Committee, has issued a referral to the Justice Department for Treve Suazo, the CEO of Platte River Networks, for obstruction of justice and making false statements.

Rep Smith said in a statement, “With a new administration in place, I am hopeful that the Department of Justice will appropriately respond to the referral. We cannot allow companies with valuable information to stonewall us in our oversight efforts.”

Of course that stonewalling was contingent upon Hillary Clinton or an equally corrupt Republican being elected to succeed Obama and despite their trickery and illegalities, that simply didn’t happen. We threw a major monkey wrench into their plans when we voted President Trump into office.

Platte River is the Denver-based company that took over management of Clinton’s bootleg server, despite not having security clearances for any of their employees. The server housed thousands of classified documents. That action alone should be enough to send Clinton to prison for the remainder of her disgusting predatory life. It will likely have a similar impact on Mr. Suazo unless he’s able to make a deal. Thus far he hasn’t been willing to talk, this might be a good time to rethink that strategy and learn a little humility.

House aides who were party to a conference call with reporters on Thursday said that Platte River “flatly refused” to comply with two subpoenas for documents related to the work they did on Clinton’s bootleg server.

Those same aides stated that two other companies, Datto and SECNAP, who managed other parts of the illegal system complied and produced the documents. They stated that the information provided by Datto, a cloud computing company, “raised serious concerns about the vulnerability” of the sensitive information illegally stored by Clinton on the bootleg server.

Datto told the aides that they had requested Platte River to encrypt the information but saw nothing to indicate it had ever been done to the information stored at a New Jersey data center. “We didn’t see any evidence that those encryption measures were taken,” said the aides. They also revealed that a Platte River technician, Paul Combetta, received at a minimum 50 alerts of attempts to hack the system from IP addresses in Korea, Germany, France and the US.

His response to hacking alerts about sensitive US documents was to request he be removed from the alert system. They always come when you’re washing your car or eating out with friends, they’re just so inconvenient. Hackers can be so inconsiderate.

Combetta and another technician, Bill Thornton, refused to testify at a House Oversight Committee hearing regarding the documents and their work for Clinton. That was when the criminals were in charge at the Justice Department. They must have really hated these election results.

Cobetta also lied to FBI agents during an interview about his work for Clinton. Despite that obvious lever the DOJ held over him, they still granted him immunity along with pretty much every one else involved in the scandal. That  was just  a delay, boys; things are about to get real serious for you.

Once they get their hands on the records, the aides stated they hope to be able to determine if the hacking attempts were directed specifically at the Clinton server.

Rep Smith wrote, “Failure to comply with duly issued subpoenas and obstruction of a congressional investigation will not be tolerated. As a result, the Committee is referring Mr. Treve Suazo, CEO of Platte River Networks, to the Department of Justice for prosecution under federal laws pertaining to failing to produce subpoenaed documents, making false statements to Congress regarding possession of documents, and obstructing Congress.”

Yeah, that’s serious. Tell you what you do, Treve, give Hillary and Obama a call and ask them what you should do. And don’t agree to meet them on any dark streets. And if you don’t have one, get a CCW.

  1. These individuals laid with the devil. I truly hope this guy doesn’t think Hillary will go to bat for him. More than likely he will end up “swimming with the fish”. I predict a massive high heat explosion that will take out the Platte River entire operation during business hours, of course. He knew what he was getting into when he found the devil or she found him. Although you know he has his proverbial arse covered, he’s not thinking about those close to him…

Hmmm, I smell more HRC bodies piling up.

Praise the Lord for AG Sessions!

  4. Treve Suazo better have “eyes in the back of his head” or have at least one armed bodyguard to watch his back…because people who know too much about the Clintons have a eerie way of dying under very unusual circumstances at “convenient” times (i.e., convenient for the Clintons). [The list is very long, stretching all the way back to Arkansas.]

  6. Not so hot. the servers should be impounded. Its like when driving into Washington, logic gets lost in traffic. I don’t gamble, but I would bet a nickle at last resort those servers will be destroyed.

Gee, if DOJ responds to Smith’s referral, Clinton could become implicated in any ensuing legal action. No one will want that to happen. The case will probably be shelved by some of the liberal lawyers left over from the last administration. Maggots never eat their own.
