The House Freedom Caucus has prepared a document outlining eight reasons why Rod Rosenstein should and will be impeached if DOJ corruption and obstruction…
The House Freedom Caucus represents most of a small group of good guys in Congress, those who believe in government by the people rather than the fascist plutocracy of the establishment blueblood globalists, and in equal justice for all instead of the dual track system of an unaccountable elite presently practiced by the crooks at DOJ after being firmly entrenched under the Obama-Clinton-Soros Mafia over the past eight years.
The Freedom Caucus has had enough of the blatant corruption and defiance in their efforts to rein in corruption and exercise their oversight authority over the crooks in the Sessions DOJ, particularly Sessions, Rosenstein and FBI Director Wray, a longtime friend, associate and crony of everybody currently involved in the COUP against President Trump.
They have drafted articles of impeachment against one of the top dirty cops, Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein. They’re presently labeling following through with impeachment as an action of last resort in hopes that he’ll take their threat seriously, but they know better. They’re giving Rosenstein an opportunity to end the obstruction and “slow walking” of documents, but not naive enough to believe he actually will.
Those document requests will be the evidence that sends DOJ leadership, their Obama regime partners in crime and fellow COUP participants to prison, so there’s no way that Rosenstein, Wray, Sessions or their deep state co-conspirators are going to provide the documents voluntarily.
The Freedom Caucus will have to pull the trigger on impeachment of more than just Rosenstein or they’re going to continue to defy Congress, President Trump and the American people. They surely are aware of this fact, but are obligated to go through the process in the interest of appearing reasonable and measured in their actions.
The draft IMPEACHMENT document, which was first obtained by The Washington Post, outlines eight instances of alleged wrongdoing by Rod Rosenstein. They could have come up with a much larger set of examples with very little effort, but for the time being, eight is enough.
Eight was sufficient to draw an arrogant, condescending personal response from the dirty rat, Rodentstein. He mocked his accusers onstage in a Tuesday public DC event, stating that the Freedom Caucus members couldn’t “resist leaking their own draft,” and asserting sanctimoniously that the almighty DOJ “will not be extorted.”
Rep Mark Meadows (R-SC), chairman of the Freedom Caucus, responded perfectly to Rodentstein’s elitist remarks, saying, “Rosenstein’s stonewalling of this investigation has already embarrassed the Department of Justice and the rule of law. If he believes being asked to do his job is ‘extortion,’ then Rod Rosenstein should step aside and allow us to find a new Deputy Attorney General—preferably one who is interested in transparency.”
The draft document states that Rosenstein “engaged in a pattern of conduct incompatible with the trust and confidence placed in him in that position by refusing to comply with a subpoena issued by the House Committee on the Judiciary on March 22, 2018.” That subpoena was issued in connection with the House investigation into FISA abuses, which are part of the Sessions-Rosenstein-Wray cover up.
They also identify Rosenstein as having “failed to enforce multiple laws” including “improper authorization of searches and electronic surveillance” under FISA, and “failed to act on behalf of the Attorney General by properly supervising the administration of FISA by failing to demonstrate probable cause to believe the targets of surveillance were a foreign power or agents of a foreign power.”
The draft document also asserts that Rosenstein “failed his oath of office” by “refusing to discipline” Justice Department personnel after “obtaining evidence of disqualifying conflicts of interest demonstrated throughout the course of the ongoing investigation regarding charging decisions in the investigation surrounding former Secretary Clinton’s private email server.”
Additionally and perhaps most significantly, the Freedom Caucus alleges that ROSENSTEIN LIED TO CONGRESS, that he “knowingly provided misleading statements related to this supervision” of the Justice Department investigation into the Trump campaign’s alleged contacts with Russia. It also indicates the particular falsehood identified occurred during a hearing on Dec. 13, 2017, when he said “any involvement FBI attorney Bruce Ohr had in the Russian investigation was without his knowledge.”
Ohr and his wife, Nellie, were key players in the Fusion GPS document fabrication of the dossier that led to the FISA Warrant, used as a basis for implementing the COUP, putting the conspiracy into action. If he’s lying about that knowledge it’s the same as an admission of culpability in the attempt to overthrow our President.
If that is the case, then there’s no justification for allowing him to remain. The threatened impeachment needs to move forward, and his smug arrogance met with a criminal indictment at the earliest possible opportunity.
The Freedom Caucus didn’t even get into the multiple conflicts of interest in the appointment of Rosenstein’s friend and mentor, Robert Mueller, to head a deliberately vague and widely targeted witch hunt on behalf of the Obama-Clinton-Soros Mafia and the deep state that has taken over control of our government.
If and when action to impeach Rosenstein is taken, the grounds could be expanded greatly by including those and other offenses by Rosenstein and his merry band of anti-Americans who seek to overthrow the duly elected President of the United States.
