We may finally be seeing the beginnings of the necessary cleansing that must take place, the “out with the old” purge of Obama loyalists from within the United States government. On Friday U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions requested the remaining 46 chief federal prosecutors who were Obama appointments to tender their resignations.
It would be hard to imagine an effective prosecution of either Obama, Clinton, Soros or any of the other enemies of this nation being conducted by an Obama loyalist or of the necessary secrecy involved in critical prosecutions being maintained with them in sensitive positions. Leaks and disloyal holdovers have been a critical problem for the Trump administration.
Making news as one of those snared in the purge is Manhattan U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara, who had been expected to stay on and who had stated publicly he had been asked by both President Trump and Attorney General Sessions to do so. Things have apparently changed, with the need to eliminate as many traces of Obama as possible apparently being given a higher priority.
The Department of Justice issued as statement saying, “As was the case in prior transitions, many of the United States Attorneys nominated by the previous administration already have left the Department of Justice. The Attorney General has now asked the remaining 46 presidentially appointed U.S. Attorneys to tender their resignations in order to ensure a uniform transition.”
It continued, “Until the new U.S. Attorneys are confirmed, the dedicated career prosecutors in our U.S. Attorney’s Offices will continue the great work of the Department in investigating, prosecuting, and deterring the most violent offenders.”
One Obama US attorney holdover remains, Dana Boente, the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, is the Acting United States Deputy Attorney General. It was he who made the phone call to Bharara giving him the unexpected bad news. Boente is expected to remain in his current capacity until the glacially slow confirmation process in the Democrat-obstructed Senate allows President Trump’s nominee, Rod Rosenstein to take office. Rosenstein is currently the US attorney for the District of Maryland, appointed originally by George W. Bush and retained by Hussein Obama.
The possibility remains that some of the resignations may not be accepted after they are submitted. The Trump administration has been rather lenient in allowing Obama holdovers to serve as the transition takes place, a policy which seems to have backfired in the form of an active political insurgency headed by the former pretend ‘president.’ In 1993, the Clinton administration fired all 93 United States attorneys on day one. And he didn’t have his predecessor, George H.W. Bush, leading a treasonous insurgency against him to contend with.
Thank you for reading and sharing my work – Facebook is trying to starve us out of existence, having cut literally 98% of our traffic over the last year. Your shares are crucial for our survival, and we thank you. We’ve also created a presence on Gab.ai and MeWe.com, although their reach is presently much smaller, the continued abuse by Facebook of conservative voices leaves us no option. We’re remaining on Facebook for the time being, as we make the transition. Please take a look when you have a chance or if we “suddenly disappear” from Facebook as has happened to many other truth-tellers. They’ll either starve us out or take us down, one way or another, sooner or later.
