Nancy Pelosi refused to answer a question from one of the attendees in a town hall in which she was promoting Marxist wealth redistribution. She was invoking MLK at the time…
Nancy Pelosi got her hypocrisy shoved back down her own throat as if she was an average American during the passing of Obamacare. It happened during a town hall on taxes in Phoenix on Tuesday evening. Pelosi was there trying to sell the Americans in the audience, some of who were dumb enough to buy into her claims, that it’s better to give the government your money than to keep it and spend it yourself.
It’s for the children, a frequent claim made by the greedy austerity merchants of the Democratic Party. But not your own children, the children of illegal aliens and “refugees,” and maybe their parents, grandparents and cousins. That’s who we’re supposed to cheerfully donate our hard-earned money to government to import and take care of.
She doesn’t use the word citizen in any of her ramblings, talking of “initiatives that help people,” squatters and those who simply prefer to be taken care of included. She says our budget is supposed to be a statement of what is important to us as a nation. If that were really how she felt, she’d let President Trump, who won the election, build a border wall and give us border security and immigration reform.
In her familiar, out of touch manner, Pelosi goes so far as to characterize the budget letting us keep more of our money and putting more of what is taxed towards our defense, reducing spending on the importation of more social dependents, as being the complete opposite of what is important to us.
She diminishes the budget to the status of a humanitarian wish list, saying it should be a reflection of our values and dragging out a Martin Luther King quote to drive that point home. After all, nobody but a racist would disagree with something Dr. King said, even if it is something that is blatantly communist in its application.
As she’s lecturing the group on the benefits of wealth redistribution and communism, she quotes King as having said, “God never intended for one group of people to live in superfluous, inordinate wealth while others live in abject, deadening poverty.”
Of course he did. If King actually said that he is mistaken. God enriched people throughout the Bible, giving land to his chosen people and also allowing for it to be taken from them. The Israelites roamed in the wilderness for forty years and entire tribes and nations fell into slavery or were risen up from time to time.
One of those with a lot of money, one of the richest women in Congress, is the one speaking out of her secondary orifice, Nancy Pelosi. As she was lecturing the peasants at her feet about how they should be willing to give up what they have to take care of strangers, one of those in attendance couldn’t resist the temptation, asking for a little transparency and honesty from the deceitful Democrat.
As Pelosi was talking about people having to struggle to make ends meet, a woman shouted out, “How much are you worth, Nancy?” and whether she was in abject poverty. Pelosi got a little bit miffed, responding, “No, we’re not talking about that” and allowing her allies in the audience to shut the woman up.
She joked that because she’s had five children she can talk over a constituent in the manner of a true autocrat. Of course she can, she always does. And that question will never be talked about, nor will it ever be answered by her.
