Pelosi goes into a self-promoting diatribe when asked about Dems wanting her to step down. It’s as if it was done for the entertainment value of watching her freeze and sputter…
Meghan McCain, now performing token Republican duties on “The View,” challenged Nancy Pelosi about the divide in the Democrat Party, possibly just because it’s fun to watch her freeze up, flail wildly with her oversized hands and sputter.
McCain said, “But there’s a fracture in your party in the same way that there’s a fracture in mine and there are a lot of people, like Tim Ryan, that were calling for you to step down and to make room for new blood. And I don’t think it’s necessarily about gender, I think it’s about leadership. Look at the Bernie supporters versus Hillary supporters, how do you respond to that?”
Pelosi responds by ignoring everything that was said after the challenge to her leadership and defaulting to denial and her predictable gender-based identity politics. She said, “Well let me, with all due respect, disagree with your, [sic] there is not a fracture in our party similar to what’s happened in the Republican Party.”
McCain attempts to respond, saying, I think, with all due respect, that’s part of your problem,” but Pelosi is already talking and isn’t about to stop. How would she keep track of where she left off?
Pelosi begins her unfounded defense, as her right catcher’s mitt shifts into high animation mode, saying, “Our party has always been a dynamic party, it is not a rubber stamp.” That’s a laughable statement in view of their practice of voting as a bloc on everything. She declared, “It’s always been a dynamic party and that’s the vitality of it.”
As if she’s afraid losing the argument will result in more calls for her to step aside, Pelosi goes into a high speed defense, saying, “And you can name uh, uh, one or two people want me to step down, I can name you an overwhelming number of people in my caucus [that also want her to step down?].” She then goes on to play the gender card. It’s amazing there are any white men in the Democrat Party at all, since, aside from criminals, they aren’t represented.
Pelosi, the man-hater says, “Now, I was ready to go home if Hillary won, if you have a woman at the top of the table and protecting the affordable care act, which is for me, similar to Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Affordable Care Act.”
She then starts patting herself on the back so that the audience members can give her a victory lap for saddling Americans with the burden of Obamacare. Pelosi says, “I had an important role in passing that, I felt a responsibility to protect it and so I’m here to do that. But I feel very confident in what I’m doing and the support that I have.” She sure doesn’t sound very confident – she sounds scared.
Pelosi adds, “But please don’t think that it is anything like the fracture that is in the Republican Party.” Of course the fracture in the GOP is due to the fact that we’re attempting to reclaim our country from the crooks in both the Democrat Party and the establishment RINO Republicans who are no better.
Pelosi is right, it’s quite different. The fracture in the GOP is necessary to take back our nation from the corrupt anti-American globalists like her and their subversive attempt to commandeer our nation for their plunder and enslavement. Don’t worry, Pelosi, there’s no danger of us mistaking the two. Does anyone smell burning hair?
