House Intelligence Committee chairman Devin Nunes explains where we are now in all of the turmoil surrounding his committee exposing the Obama deep state corruption both during his miserable treasonous regime and since his departure.

Nunes says the Democrat memo “was not a surprise,” that after they had unsuccessfully attempted to block the release of the Republican memo by falsely claiming that it the sky would fall and it revealed sources and memos, they are now blocking their own memo by filling it full of those very same sources and methods.

He notes that if they were sincere and being honest in their motivations and goal of having it released, they would have been in the Intelligence Committee offices redacting the memo in order to have it published. Nunes said, “If they really wanted to get it out, they’d be down there all day yesterday, redacting it, getting it back over to the White House so the public can know what’s in it.

Instead, they are on the talk shows attempting to create the impression through their mainstream media propagandists that they are being censored unfairly. Nunes states that Republicans are anxious for the Democrat memo to get out.   [[VIDEO BELOW]]

He says, “We think it’s ridiculous on the face of it, we think it’s very political about how they attacked myself, they attacked chairman Gowdy, they turn Carter Page into some super-secret Russian spy, they talk about how Christopher Steele is a really, really good source when we know that he lied to the FBI. So we want this out. We don’t know why they’re not in this weekend redacting it so that we can get it back to the White House so the President can declassify it.”

Nunes tells the audience that the Grassley Graham referral to the Justice Department of Christopher Steele for prosecution actually predates his committee’s memo, noting that it deals with Steele lying to the FBI and is “a clear-cut case,” saying “I can’t for the life of me know, when you have the House, who said that, ‘Hey, this guy lied to the FBI,’ and you have the Senate who said this guy lied to the FBI, Christopher Steele, what is the Justice Department doing?”

Nunes asks, “Where is the prosecution of Christopher Steele? This is a slam-dunk case, they have all of the documents.” He notes that the lack of interest in prosecuting insider criminals affiliated with the DOJ, FBI, Democrats and deep state is what is causing Americans to lack confidence in our system of justice.

He says, “If they’re playing this straight up, they would have immediately went after, once they were notified by Congress, ‘Hey, Christopher Steele lied to you,’ they would bust him for lying to the FBI.” Nunes also addresses “the big felony in all of this that nobody talks about, from the very beginning, was the leak of highly classified information when they leaked the phone call of the Russian ambassador talking to General Mike Flynn right before the inauguration.”

Nunes says, “That was a felony, nothing’s ever been done about it.” He states that it’s fine to investigate potential Russian collusion, “but let’s first start with the felonies that we actually know that took place and for some  reason, nobody thinks that that’s important to do, nothing’s been done and it’s absolutely outrageous.”

Clearly the reason it hasn’t been pursued is that those responsible are part of the enemy globalist cabal that has taken over DOJ, the FBI, and our intelligence services.

Bartiromo says, “The bottom line is where are the charges, who will we see get prosecuted as a result of this massive abuse of power, Congressman?” Nunes points out that his branch of government can only make criminal referrals, that it is up to the law enforcement agencies, such as the FBI and DOJ, to do the actual prosecuting. Therein lies the problem. Their corrupt leadership are not going to prosecute themselves.

Perhaps AG Sessions would like to weigh in on the matter. Perhaps not.

5 Comments on Nunes – We Provide Evidence But DOJ Refuses To Prosecute Crimes

  1. The president needs to fire Sessions, appoint a Real Conservative AG who hates the Democrats and their lies! Once this is done the new AG will investigate Obama, Clinton and the rest of the Communist Party and bring charges of Treason, Sedition, Theft and Murder against them!

  2. For one year now we have not seen “drain the swamp”, what we have seen id fill the swamp. If the last year is indicative of what will happen then the uni-party will be just like a hand cleaning. One hand washes the other, and they both dry.

  3. From the article: “Bartiromo says, “The bottom line is where are the charges, who will we see get prosecuted as a result of this massive abuse of power, Congressman?” Nunes points out that his branch of government can only make criminal referrals, that it is up to the law enforcement agencies, such as the FBI and DOJ, to do the actual prosecuting.”

Nunes is correct. Congress “can only make referrals.” He should have gone on to say that if Congress had made any referral to DOJ, it would have caused DOJ to open a case to investigate the subject of the referral. Normally, DOJ doesn’t initiate cases on their own.

So, ask Nunes how many referrals his committee has sent to DOJ. The answer = zero.

None of these b’tards can be trusted. It’s all one big game… and we are the losers.
