Judge Andrew Napolitano gives his take on the ten person hit list of Robert Mueller, which includes President Trump, which was made public by Sam Nunberg yesterday, and the implications that it holds for those persons listed. It’s not good news.
Napolitano incorrectly says that Nunberg was stating that he didn’t want to sit in front of a grand jury and testify about emails that the Grand Inquisitor Mueller is already in possession of. He may have inside information that the emails are already in Mueller’s files, but that is not what Nunberg was saying. [[VIDEO BELOW]]
Nunberg said repeatedly that he didn’t want to spend 50, 80, 30 hours sorting through emails and complaining about releasing personal exchanges between himself and Steve Bannon as well as Roger Stone. Napolitano says the consequences for non-compliance are incarceration for the life of the grand jury, which could continue through the end of a second Trump term and is already funded through 2019.
Napolitano says, “So here’s the thing. Three weeks ago he was interviewed by Mueller’s prosecutors and a team of FBI agents. Whatever he told them, we don’t know what it is, they want him to tell this to the grand jury.”
Kilmeade questions Napolitano, recalling a statement he had earlier made, saying, “Anyone who thinks that Mueller is winding down is not paying attention, he’s winding up.” Napolitano says he believes Mueller is gearing up and that “the President remains in his crosshairs and I think some of the new things we’ve learned about have come from Rick Gates.”
Napolitano continues, describing Gates as being “a treasure trove once he pleaded guilty and became, actually, part of Mueller’s prosecutorial team. How do you think they found out about this guy, Nader, the Lebanese-American guy? Probably from Rick Gates.”
Doocy notes that Gates was charged for offenses that took place “way before the campaign, years before the campaign.” Napolitano acknowledges that to be true, but points out that “he pleaded guilty and his exposure went from forty years to three years. He obviously is prepared to come up with a lot of information in order to get that exposure to go way down.”
He adds, “This is unbelievable.” Many average, everyday Americans have been urging President Trump to fire the Democrat witch hunter and those who put him into power, Rod Rosenstein and Jeff Sessions. He’ll eventually reach a point where he has no choice and where it will be much more messy due to his procrastination and listening to bad advice.
Trump got where he is by refusing to cower to bad people and the establishment. He needs to stop listening to them or he will go down. Eventually the globalists will succeed in finding a technicality upon which to impeach him. Nobody lives a perfect life.
