Dick Morris open his good news narrative by saying, “I think we caught a break.” He reveals that, “The Obama appointee judge, who was assigned to handle the Flynn case, has recused himself.”

Morris says, “We don’t know why but it’s interesting, and in his place has been appointed Emmitt Sullivan, another District Court Judge that works in DC. And Sullivan may have ongoing jurisdiction over this entire investigation of the Flynn, Russia, Trump meddling ‘scandal.'”

“That is very good news,” says Morris, pointing out that although he was appointed by Bill Clinton, he’s been a force in the judiciary for fairness and objectivity. Morris says, “He was incredible when there was an attempt made to frame Senator Ted Stevens (R-AK) and convict him of a crime.”

Judge Sullivan at the time labeled it “the worst case of prosecutorial misconduct he had ever seen.” Morris says, “The prosecutorial misconduct rose to such a level that Judge Sullivan appointed a special prosecutor to investigate the Justice Department and demoted and fired a whole bunch of people there who were involved in the shenanigans that led to the Stevens conviction.”

Morris says, “I think it’s entirely possible that this guy is going to grab hold of this case and probe deeply into the dossier, into the FISA warrant, into the conversations between Flynn and Strzok.” He, despite his mispronunciation of Strzok’s name, says he thinks “we may have another John Sirica on our hands.”

We get so accustomed to the corrupt officials in DC ruling in their own interest that it’s shocking when it doesn’t happen, particularly when it involves a DC court. Even if Sullivan doesn’t rise to the levels of honesty and objectivity that Morris is hopeful of, he’s undoubtedly preferable to the Obama judge that was on the case previously.

Obama appointee and globalist judicial activist are synonymous with each other, as has been demonstrated repeatedly over the past year with their inappropriate rulings against President Trump and the American people. Morris is right, we caught a break.

This is not what I read, but I’m glad to hear this, I believed that the Clinton appointed judge recused himself and was replaced by an Obama appointed judge, now I read this and pray it’s true.

    well.
we will SEE if this other judge will be FAIR OR NOT?
if i were general Flynn’s attorney i’d go back to court and demand a reversal of Flynn’s guilty plea until more info came out of this CESSPOOL MESS.

  3. If Morris is right and Sullivan is outraged by the corruption maybe he will unravel the whole ball and send the crooks to jail. Of course he needs to watch out for Arkanicide.
