One might be curious as to how the elusive Jesus Campos went from hiding in a hotel room in Las Vegas to hugging it up with Ellen DeGeneres in Los Angeles. Apparently it was all arranged for him by his employer, MGM, the owners of Mandalay Bay.
They reportedly didn’t want to risk any accidental revelations of the timeline, the modified axiom Loose Lips Sink Strips” being their official position. They went with Ellen, who’s proven with her long love affair with the Obama’s to be quite capable of avoiding hard-hitting questions and skirting the politically embarrassing or financially imprudent aspects of sensitive topics.
MGM is concerned, according to the Daily Mail, that the families of the 58 people who were murdered and the 546 who were injured would have their cases enhanced by indications in his account of the timeline that there was negligence on their part, particularly as it relates to the 6 minute gap between discovery and action in the disputed and revised official timeline.
“Ellen” was determined by the MGM as being the safest venue, a dancing comedienne versus the serious news and facts truth seekers such as Sean Hannity. Campos bailed on Hannity as well as four others last at the last minute last Thursday, before a scheduled interview.
Quoting a TV insider, the Daily Mail reported, “MGM was behind the decision to call off all the interviews and did a deal with Ellen, knowing she would not play hardball on the timeline as long as she had the exclusive.” [VIDEO BELOW]
The president of the Michigan-based International Union, Security Police and Fire Professionals of America, David Hickey, refused to confirm that MGM was behind the decision, but acknowledged they exerted considerable influence on Campos’ decision.
He said, “I was in a meeting with MGM’s upper management and they were definitely concerned about how tough someone like Hannity would be on him and they voiced their opinions.” He said, “It certainly wasn’t my choice that he should appear on that circus.”
Hickey further revealed that parameters for the interview had been agreed upon and that “Everyone knew he wasn’t to talk about security protocols, staffing or training or give out names of employees.” He also acknowledged the nature of the controlling beast that is the casino industry, particularly when it comes to matters related to the media and public information.
Hickey said, “I thought they were being negative, telling him that someone was going to be tough and how they were worried about his health — it wasn’t the thing he needed to hear four hours before the interviews were going to begin.’
Hickey revealed how they snuck Campos out of a meeting he was attending and into seclusion, saying they had both been in a meeting with MGM executives in a hotel room where Campos was staying. They were meeting in the living room of the suite but he had gone into a bedroom for a private word with some of the management team. When he returned, Campos was gone and he hadn’t seen or heard from him since until his appearance on the DeGeneres program aired.
