Mitch McConnell did an excellent job on Sunday of reminding us that he let the American people down at every juncture when he should have been challenging Hussein Obama, how he’s never had his white flag more than an arm’s length away as he was supposedly representing the American people.
He’s asked by CNN’s Jake Tapper about comments made by President Trump in the pre-Super Bowl interview with Bill O’Reilly in which he said that the voter registration system is loaded with fake registrations, including illegals, dead people and folks who voted multiple times in more than one state.
In defense of his Democrat and establishment masters, Jake Tapper presents future efforts to expose their voter registration scams and falsified voter registration roles an exercise in financial irresponsibility. He asked his weak-chinned Senate comrade, “Do you want to spend taxpayer money to hunt for these apparently non-existent three to five million illegal votes?”
Just to be clear, Tapper was incensed that the President dare call a usurping tool of the left a “so-called” judge, but he’s got no problem personally inferring that the president is either delusional, irresponsible or lying when he states his valid belief that deliberate Democrat voter fraud exists. Try not to be so obvious, Jake, you’re supposed to be a news guy, not a propagandist – look up the word “objectivity.”
Cowardly McConnell said “This sort of thing is handled at the state level and the Democrats always claim there’s no election fraud at all. That is, of course, not true. Election fraud does occur. There’s no evidence that it occurred in such a significant numbers it would have changed the presidential election and I don’t think that we ought to spend any federal money investigating that. I think the states can take a look at this issue, many of them have tried to tighten their voter rolls, tried to purge people who are dead and otherwise not eligible to vote and I think we ought to leave that at the state level.
Of course the problem is not necessarily a lack of will on the part of the states. There is a history of federal interference in state efforts to police their voter rolls, with the Democrats claiming “disenfranchisement” every time an effort to require valid ID and proof of citizenship is enacted. Basically, the old argument that black people are incapable of getting a method of verifying who they are when every other citizen and many who aren’t citizens are able to work it out continues to permit them to perpetrate voter fraud.
As to his claim that there is no evidence that the fraud took place at such massive levels as what Mr. Trump suspects, that is probably because it’s never been investigated before. You usually get the bulk of the evidence during the investigation, McConnell, not before. As to the fraud changing the election, it provided the argument that Clinton won the popular vote and had President Trump not been so popular it would have allowed her to steal it. He won in spite of the best worst efforts of the establishment.
It sounds like McConnell prefers to continue with the status quo and is perfectly willing to stall until another election when falsified illegal voters in greater numbers will force Mr. Trump from office and the stealing of our nation by his globalist masters and financiers can be completed.
Letting the states handle it needs to actually be letting them handle it, for the most part, without federal interference. Exceptions exist, such as in California, where the corrupt Democrat leadership has institutionalized voter fraud and made it possible for illegal aliens to vote utilizing their driver’s licenses and the automatic voter registration option.
McConnell is either an idiot or he’s a sellout, in on the scam. Misleading appearances aside, he’s not an idiot.
