Chuck Schumer will play politics with anything at any time, even matters of national security. He’s posturing to drag out the confirmations for Secretary of State and CIA Director…
Once again we are reminded in vivid fashion of the fact that we do not, in any way, send our best or most capable to Washington DC to represent us in the US Senate. Nowhere is that truth more evident than in their leadership, establishment RINO Mitch McConnell and commie Democrat Chuck Schumer. [[WATCH VIDEO BELOW]]
The issue is the confirmation process, which has been and will continue to be, like everything else, be obstructed as much as possible by the Democrats. The nominees for Secretary of State and CIA Director, Mike Pompeo to replace the outgoing Rex Tillerson and Gina Haspel replacing Pompeo are both strong candidates but that doesn’t matter. Everything the Democrats do is about getting Trump.
McConnell understands things would progress more smoothly if Democrats cooperated, and he also knows how unlikely that is to happen. In making his case McConnell says, “Both of these nominees seem perfectly well qualified. I agree with Senator Barrasso’s comment, we hope they’ll not be subjected to undue delay, which has been an enormous problem.”
He continued, “There’s no question this administration, when it comes to nominations, has been treated much more harshly than any administration in anybody’s memory. I hope that’ll not apply to these two top jobs that are important to get filled quickly.”
It’s amazing to think that we are coming up on a face to face meeting between President Trump and Kim Jong Un and the Democrats are willing to play partisan politics with the Secretary of State and CIA Director positions in the lead up. Then again, once you remember that Democrats are almost as anti-American in their ideology as the North Koreans, it really is to be expected.
Schmuck Schumer talks down to and lectures us about how awful President Trump and his administration are, beginning with an attack on the now departed Tillerson. He says, “Look, I was very disappointed in Secretary Tillerson.” Of course he is, although Tillerson shared Schumer’s globalist outlook, he worked for Trump. There is not a single Trump team member he isn’t “disappointed in.” Trump doesn’t have to select Schumer’s dream team, he chooses his own. And the Senate, barring any glaring issues, is supposed to concur.
But Schumer isn’t really interested in Tillerson other than as a pretext upon which to lead off into a tirade against President Trump. He says, “But what President Trump did and the way he did it once again indicates the chaos [most of it served up by attacks from Democrats and their media propagandists] in this administration, the inability to have a center.”
Where in the Constitution is a “center” required Schumer and aren’t you always accusing President Trump of acting unilaterally and of being effectively a center? Which is it? Why don’t you define “a center” so someone could attempt to figure out what the hell you’re talking about. Obama’s building a center in Chicago and everybody hates it.
He continued, “the inability to have a consistent policy” [made more difficult when Obama planted agitator judges invalidate legitimate, lawful orders and actions and Senate Democrats oppose every bill passed by the House]. He says “It’s creating huge problems in the world and here in America.”
No, you lying snake, Democrats are creating those problems and blaming every one of their acts of sabotage on the administration and the President. Tillerson was a mistake, he should have never been appointed. Now that mistake is being corrected.
It ‘s past time for you Democrat snakes to shut your mouths, get out of the way and let President Trump lead. We’re fed up with you swamp rats. Don’t press your luck any further. You won’t like the results.
