Judge Napolitano Knows Why Sessions Hasn’t Prosecuted Clinton, Other Dems

judge napolitano

Stuart Varney opens the discussion with Judge Andrew Napolitano by referencing a case in Maryland in which a judge has ordered an investigation into three attorneys who are believed to have helped Hillary Clinton destroy evidence.

Napolitano reminds Varney that it is not a criminal investigation and neither is it a civil lawsuit. “It’s an ethics investigation. Did these three lawyers violate ethical rules by the manner in which they physically handled Mrs. Clinton’s emails?”

He says, “The worst that could happen to them is a public reprimand. That’s it, so where is this going? The government has chosen not to prosecute. Jeff Sessions, the Justice Department can investigate, indict and prosecute but they choose not to do so.”

Varney asks if Napolitano thinks it’s a good decision not to prosecute, to which Napolitano replies, “No, I think it’s a terrible decision not to prosecute. They should prosecute Mrs. Clinton because there’s ample evidence of her guilt and they should prosecute anybody that destroyed evidence in a criminal investigation.”

Varney asks, “Are you disappointed with Jeff Sessions thus far?” Napolitano answers without hesitation, “Yes, even though he’s my friend, I’m going to hear about this. Yes, for this and for other reasons.”

He asks the question many of us have been asking with every Clinton speech or excuse for her loss, “Why do you think he’s stepped back from pushing the envelope in these cases? Why?”

Napolitano replies, “I hate to tell you this. It’s an institutional culture in government. We don’t want to go after our predecessors because we don’t want our successors to come after us.”

If that is in fact what is at play here then there is no accountability for the criminal wrongdoing official or for the one who is compromised, such as Sessions, who refuses to do his job in the interest of covering his own behind. That only works if we’re willing to accept inaction from our officials.

President Trump may opt to keep him in the short term, but these are high profile prosecutions of the largest criminals in our nation. A good old boy “gentleman’s agreement” is hardly a valid justification for choosing not to prosecute. Sessions said he had a great conversation with Lynch when he took over. Did he promise her. Comey, Mills and all the rest amnesty?

yep i agree.

what OUR LAWLESS GOVT IS DOING IS TAKING THE SMELLY ARM PIT OF THE WORLD AND DUMPING THEM ON US.
AND WERE PAYING FOR IT.
I CAN’T STRESS ENOUGH THAT A BLOODY AND MESSY REVOLUTION HAS TO COME OR WERE DONE PERIOD.

I’ve been thinking about this and I’ve come to the conclusion the Judge could be completely wrong about his judgement and position here. Clinton’s emails were public property and destruction of public property is a crime. Maybe the judge is covering for the Clinton’s along with Fox News because they are still sitting on feeds Carl Cameron shot with Dennis Montgomery.

i AGREE WITH NORMAN ON THIS.
but i feel only WE THE PEOPLE WILL HAVE TO ADMINISTER THAT JUSTICE, OR IT WILL NEVER BEEN DONE.

I don’t give a damn if the next administration goes after this one for if they do anything illegal then they should be gone after for what ever they did, but what bothers the hell out of me are these SOB’s are not being treated with the rules that ever other American has to live under. I don’t care who they are or how much money they have they should be brought to bare the punishment of their crimes.

This excerpt, from Dave Hodges at The Common Sense Show, describes how the Dimm’s have orchestrated things to protect Clinton and Podesta. Hopefully this will all get blown apart when the Pakistani’s go in front of the House Judiciary Committee in the near future. “What Doug Hagmann and I have independently discovered is that the hack (initiated by Seth Rich and turned over to Wikileaks) revealed higly embarrassing and illegal emails that linked members of the media to personalities in Hillary Clinton’s political organization and the DNC. Further, there were emails demonstrated that Wasserman Schultz colluded with Clinton and Podesta… Read more »

I’m very disappointed in Sessions!I’m beginning the swamp is too deep to drain! And I really fear for the safety of Trump and Pence. And for this country, we are in deep trouble.

It seems none of the branches of government will do their jobs unless we the people demand it or vote them out of office. We Americans are the financial arm for war, help for third world nations, and every other cause that comes down the pike. Has any other country stepped up to help us thru Hurricane Harvey and Irma? NO, and I doubt there will be any coming anytime soon.

Clinton as well as all should be indited, prosecuted, convicted and hung as traitors to the American people. If citizens that are not politicians or in bed with politicians were to do ant thing close to Clinton’s and Obama. the citizens would be in prison for life or Hung by the neck..

But, it is perfectly OK for the federal government to go after CITIZENS right!!!!!!!!perfectly OK for government servants through incompetence and politics to kill American citizens, soldiers, State Department Staff, and spend billions of taxpayer dollars on nefarious BS but if a citizen screws up on a tax form the IRS hoses us down or if you are a conservative group seeking a 501C3 you run the risk of an IRS audit, visit from the FBI, OSHA, BATF and any other federal agency that can lower the boom on you!

I am disappointed in AG Sessions’ decision not to criminally prosecute Clintin and her criminal staff.

The water in the DEEP SWAMP runs deep and so far – no one has been shown to have the guts to destroy the dam! All it takes is one small blast – then every thing will tumble! Of coarse the one with the guts to pierce the dam has to be well protected, and all us real citizens have to be alerted and ready to protect our true ‘POTUS’ (The Man in Charge)- Go for it NOW!

During The campaign, Hillary told her staff, “if Trump wins, he will hang us all.” I am still waiting.

IF Sessions isn’t going to do his job then he needs to step down. Is he in cahoots with this Leftist group or what is his problem?…WE THE PEOPLE want justice done! If one of us had done 1/8th of what these clowns have done we would have had life in prison without parole. It’s time we quit covering and protecting these criminals. I DEMAND that Sessions get these people brought to Justice or step down from his position.

All these career politicians were born in the swamp. The rules are written in stone. If Hillary gets what she deserve, she will topple the government with what she knows and did!!Sessions is a swamper as is , Ryan,McConnell ,Fienstein McCain and one hundred more crooks.I say go for it.lock up all the bandits. There are plenty of Donald Trumps willing to step up and work for nothing and also want term limits.

The only way we are going to get back control of the government is by replacing every incumbent in federal and state government, forcing the legal system to prosecute after we have turned them out. It may be time for the common persons march on Washington and every state capital in the country.

If this is, in fact, the reason for not prosecuting, then Sessions is part of the swamp. I never thought he should have been appointed. No Senator should have been appointed as they are all members of the “good ole boy” club. Sessions needs to be replaced and replaced quickly. He also should have never recused himself.

Couldn’t have said it better.

The evidence was Hillary’s responsibility, just like a Tax return…….if she allowed subpeona’d info to get distroyed whether by negligence or order, she is responsible for lying to Congress, and should get a minimum of 5 yrs for destroying evidence, after the order.

Agree with Judge Napolitono, Hilary needs to be prosecuted not go on a book tour!

I guess justice is not blind, and there are laws for them and laws for us. Sounds like we are right, they are all corrupt and need to cover each others backs sides.

i think i said this yesterday.
looks like there will BE NO INDICTMENTS OF ANY OF THOSE CRIMINALS AND TRAITORS IN THIS LIFE.
yet those SAME TRAITORS AND CRIMINALS expect WE THE PEOPLE TO OBEY ALL THEIR UNCONSTITUTIONAL LAWS.
I DON’T THINK SO.
