Judge Jeanine Pirro comments both on a ruling by an agitator Obama judge and Obama’s anti-American agitator domestic partner, Michelle.
The Federal Judge, another of the deep state plants Hussein Obama polluted our government with during his eight year reign of terror, is Judge Brian Jackson of the Middle District of Louisiana.
Jackson ruled on a case brought by a Baton Rouge Police Officer who was injured when he took a brick or piece of concrete in the face during anti-police, anti-white demonstrations in 2016 by BLM. Despite there being direct orchestration of the violent activities by the BLM leader, DeRay McKesson, the judge ruled that BLM could not be sued.
Jackson, who is black, ruled that the Soros front organization Black Lives Matter has freedom to create havoc with impunity due to a contorted ruling on their structure. He provided them with immunity from prosecution that is not unlike that of Hillary Clinton. Judge Jeanine describes him as having equated the BLM thugs with the civil rights movement, having no governing body or bylaws, as Pirro put it ,”it’s too amorphous.” Legitimate civil rights activists, if there is such a thing, should be outraged at being compared to the BLM thugs.
Judge Jeanine points to the plaintiff’s arguments, “These people have meetings, it’s an unincorporated association, they have national chapters, they solicit money and, in this particular case, DeRay McKesson, the organizer, actually was directing people, directing the violence.”
Pirro illustrates the political corruption of the Obama judge’s ruling with the fact that this same group that was supposedly too ambiguous to assign responsibility for their actions and agitation in the injury were able to receive $100,000 from the City of Baton Rouge for vague and subjective claims they were “offensive” and the “police were militarized.”
They were the victors in the kangaroo court despite no BLM thugs being injured, in claiming that their civil rights were violated. Judge Jeanine points to the problem as being “activist judges who make decisions based upon politics and not on the facts.”
Judge Jeanine also weighs in on the comments of Michelle Obama at a feminist rally in which she stated that those women who voted for President Trump did so because they were being obedient to a man and not listening to their own voice.
Judge Jeanine, who voted for President Trump, has a few choice words for the former first domestic partner and her condescending, divisive, identity politics-driven comments.
