Judge Jeanine Pirro has a couple of things to say about Preet Bharara, the US Attorney for the Southern District of New York who refused to do as he was requested and submit his resignation, like the other 45 Obama holdover US Attorneys who complied with the request of President Trump. Bharara chose instead to behave as if he’s a bratty kid, stomping his feet as he was dragged from his now former position. He knew he was out of a job either way, so what did he possibly hope to gain by creating the animus?
Judge Jeanine does her best to answer that question. Host Julie Banderas asks her, “Why is he making such a big deal out of this? This happens in every administration when they take over the White House.” Judge Jeanine replies, “Because instead of taking what he does seriously, he’s taking himself seriously. Look, this guy has a big ego. Preet Bharara is no different than any other United States Attorney and every one of them serves at the pleasure of the President, period, end of the story.”
She notes that Bill Clinton fired all 93 US Attorneys at once when he took over, “they do it all the time. He, however, is under the impression that he is different. And in fact, Julie, yesterday they were all notified, those remaining 46, that they would be asked to step down. And he then sends an email and says, ‘me too, me too? Not me, I’m Preet Bharara,’ and they said, ‘Yeah, you too.’ So of course he then decides to make it an issue and says I’m not going, the President is going to have to fire me, as if you’re the first US Attorney to think you’re entitled to hang in there, you’re not.”
Pirro says, “And so this is kind of the left saying ‘oh our cases are going to be affected and justice is going to be affected. I’m amazed they haven’t said the Russians aren’t affected in this thing.” Judge Jeanine notes that “He’s not making friends,” and points out, “If I’m going to hire this guy, I’m a little worried about hiring him, because he’s not a guy who goes quietly. You know, as an attorney or as a member of a law firm, is he going to make a stink every time someone lets him go?
They talk about how embarrassing it is for him, whether he realizes it or not, and that he tainted his reputation because now he’ll be remembered for this. Judge Jeanine says, “He did it to himself. A sore loser, didn’t want to go, thought he was more important than the office himself, he’s not and he’s going to learn that.
She doesn’t mention it but his body language and to a degree his appearance look similar to those of Khizr Khan. His selfish arrogant attitude and inability to get along with others are as well. They’re both attorneys and leftist tools attacking President Trump. President Trump was right to avoid the headache and get rid of this guy now.
Thank you for reading and sharing my work – Facebook is trying to starve us out of existence, having cut literally 98% of our traffic over the last year. Your shares are crucial for our survival, and we thank you. We’ve also created a presence on Gab.ai and MeWe.com, although their reach is presently much smaller, the continued abuse by Facebook of conservative voices leaves us no option. We’re remaining on Facebook for the time being, as we make the transition. Please take a look when you have a chance or if we “suddenly disappear” from Facebook as has happened to many other truth-tellers. They’ll either starve us out or take us down, one way or another, sooner or later.
