Judge Agrees To Private Review of Comey Memos – Judicial Watch Does It Again

Comey has been trying to keep the memos he didn’t leak secret, using his deep state allies in the Sessions DOJ to fight his battle on the taxpayer dime. Now a judge will look at

Once again it is Judicial Watch taking on the Sessions Justice Department that is covering up for and fighting in court to protect the criminal former FBI Director James Comey. This time, Judicial Watch got the upper hand.

U.S. District Judge James E. Boasberg has ruled that the FBI must provide Comey’s memos to his court for his own in camera, private review. The memos allegedly detail Comey’s conversations with President Trump, according to the lying exposed espionage criminal, Jim Comey.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton wrote, “We hope now that Americans are one step closer to knowing the facts about these memos, which were written and leaked for pernicious purposes to target a sitting president with a criminal investigation. It’s high time they begin to see the light of day. We’re glad the court followed up on our specific suggestion that it review the documents directly.”

The court ordered the government to turn the memos over for review by today, January 18th. The Sessions Department of “Justice” had pressed for the lawsuits to be dismissed. What’s Sessions trying to hide and why?

Fitton wrote that on June 16th of last year, Judicial Watch filed a FOIA lawsuit for “ FBI Director James Comey’s February 14, 2017 memorandum … memorializing an Oval Office conversation he had with the President on that date regarding former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn.”

They followed that filing up with a related filing on September 7th on behalf of the Daily Caller News Foundation for “all unclassified memoranda authored by former FBI Director James Comey that contemporaneously memorialized his discussions with President Donald Trump and his aides.”

He stated that Judicial Watch recently made court filings on the Daily Caller’s behalf and their own, “requesting that DOJ be ordered to produce all of Comey’s unclassified memoranda about his one-on-one conversations with the president. We argued that ‘at a minimum, the Court should review the Comey Memos in camera to determine whether all responsive records have been located. This can be easily accomplished by comparing the memos to the very public testimony of Director Comey.'”

Judge Boasberg agreed that that was appropriate and made the order to cause it to happen. Now we can hope that he likewise agrees with the positions of Judicial Watch and the American people, that our government should not be allowed to hide their criminality behind the obfuscations of the Sessions DOJ or the deep state bureaucrats.

America’s highest law enforcement agency, the FBI, and the Justice Department have been taken over by criminals attempting who work for the forces that are well on their way to seizing power in this nation. If it weren’t for Judicial Watch, they’d be getting away with it and we’d never have known what hit us.

  1. Judicial watch should be given complete over sight status, special counsel, whatever, to indict the swamp rats.

Was Sessions picked from the very beginning to inject himself as a mole? Why is Trump going along with every criminal aspect of the FBI, DOJ, CIA ……… , and leaving Sessions in charge? It seems like just saying something is the same as doing it.
