At what point does one make the transition from being a civil rights leader to just being a complaining, whining, self-serving trouble maker? Or is the only distinction between the two the level of legitimacy of one’s complaints, with the behavior never actually changing in recognition of progress. John Lewis and Elijah Cummings come to mind, as well as Jesse “Mumbles” Jackson.
That’s the great lie of the progressives, as far as their attaining their goal and no longer needing to create chaos and foment discord and distrust, they never move “forward.” They’re always complaining that things aren’t equal when that’s the nature of life. They never will be. And their leaders know that but it’s a tool to create division and that is how they accumulate and wield their power.
On this day Jesse Jackson gave a speech and it was a reasonably good one for Jesse. That assessment is not based upon the content of what he was saying but the way in which he was saying it. It was one of those rare instances where he didn’t sound like he had a whole bag of airline peanuts and a pack of Ritz peanut butter crackers stuffed into his mouth at once.
Jackson was attending his signature event at his organization, the Rainbow/PUSH Coalition convention, in Chicago on Thursday. “Rainbow” Jesse was introducing the foul-mouthed DNC Chairman, Tom Perez, when he made an obligatory excuse for the Democrat felon candidate not getting elected. It wasn’t that they didn’t have enough illegal aliens voting or multiple voters or that their corrupt candidate was hated by much of America that kept her from winning.
And it wasn’t the laundry list of reasons that she has become fond of quoting whenever she’s got a microphone or a stage to spew from. Nope, losing the election was not her fault. Rainbow Jesse explained, “To have a head of our party who is sensitive to the plight of working people is the order of this day. Don’t forget when you lose, you tend to amplify ‘would’ve, could’ve, should’ve.’ When you win you cover up your sins.” Actually, Clinton and those around her are constantly covering up their sins, win, lose or draw, Jackson. He added, “We worked last year. We won the election. It was stolen.”
We know how Clinton stole government secrets and classified documents and sold them, but how do you steal an election without altering the numbers? Illegals all voted for her, that stealing and altering the numbers didn’t help. And it was Clinton herself, as well as Hussein Obama and her cover man at the State Department, John Kerry who kept dragging this thing out through the election. How is that the Republicans’ fault?
Oh, just because you say it is and you’re a minority so you must be right? Is that just more of that Civil Rights talk, then, the black victimhood you race-baiting parasites specialize in?
