ICE director homan sanctuary state california

Acting ICE Director Thomas Homan addresses the problem of scofflaw sanctuary cities and the State of California, which their criminal leadership has just declared to be a sanctuary state.

Homan warns California will now see an increased presence of ICE officers necessitated by their refusal to comply and cooperate with federal officers engaged in the performance of their duties.

Asked by Neil Cavuto what he thinks about California’s decision, Homan says, “I think it’s terrible. You’ve got the State of California that wants to put politics ahead of public safety, ahead of officer safety.”

He continues, “What they’ve done is force my officers to arrest dangerous criminals on their turf, in their homes and in their place of business rather than arresting them in the safety and security of a county jail. It’s ridiculous to knowingly and intentionally put law enforcement at risk and the communities themselves put at risk.”

Homan says, “When you release a public safety threat back into the public, it’s just a foolish decision they’ve made.” Homan says that if Gov Brown and the other crooked California officials think ICE is going away, they’re mistaken. He puts them on notice, saying, “I am going to significantly increase our enforcement presence in California, we’re already doing it.”

“California better hold on tight,” says Homan, “they’re about to see a lot more special agents, a lot more deportation officers.” He adds, “If the politicians in California don’t want to protect their communities, then ICE will.” Homan says that the street cops are totally against the sanctuary state legislation. This was a political decision without thought being given to the victims.

He cautions that “the smuggling organizations are using this sanctuary state law as a selling ploy, more illegal aliens will be coming to California. More criminal aliens will be coming to California. So California just bit off a lot more than they can chew.

He’s also asked the DOJ to review whether or not the officials involved in not holding the illegal aliens are violating federal law by knowingly harboring and shielding illegal aliens, a known safety threat. More citizens are going to die because of these policies and those officials responsible need to be held personally accountable.

6 Comments on ICE To Increase Enforcement In California, May Prosecute Sanctuary Officials

  1. I think we are looking at this all wrong. We should help SEND them all the illegals and felons. Get them all in one place. Cheaper and safer for us

  2. Maybe arrest the Senators too.

  3. Sounds great, and would be wonderful if we actually had “real” enforcement. Until they round them up and move em out I’ll look at this as preparation for legalization and the old “the bad ones will go the good ones can stay”. Why are politicians, aiding and abetting felons, not being prosecuted and jailed. Which would also stop them from holding public office.

“Lock her up” and “deport them all” is why Trump won. If he betrays us on this, I want my money back and will work for a challenger in 2020.

  4. I agree, James. Arrest the head of the snake… keep him locked up for a few days in the cell block with the illegals. Let him learn what those vermin are like. Who knows, he might enjoy being their bitch.

They’d prolly hafta let him go without indictment, but it would still make for some great photo ops.

I agree, why can’t Gov Brown be arrested for treason against the US? Who is he to decide to make the whole state, or even any city in CA a sanctuary. I think this goes a lot deeper. Perhaps Brown and Soros are out to start the first communist state. This needs to be stopped ASAP.

as i said yesterday i think?
i’d start WITH ARRESTING MOONBEAM BROWN THEN ID ARREST ALL THE LEGISLATORS WHO VOTED FOR THIS CRAP.
THEN ARREST ALL MAYORS WHO ARE INVOLVED ALSO.
