Gun grabbing Virginia Governor and pathological liar Terry McAuliffe must have thought it was a great timesaver and propaganda idea, to make up a story about the “evil white racists” and their “evil guns” as a way to kill two American patriot birds with one leftist stone.
The Clinton operative knows that he won’t be challenged on anything he says. Most of those who follow him are either too dishonest, stupid, lazy, or disinterested in the truth to question him. After all, he’s the guy who said in June that we lose a fourth of the population of the United States, 93 million Americans, every day to “gun violence” and the media surrounding him never batted an eye or questioned his claims.
On Monday McAuliffe was interviewed by his partner in attacking white Americans, racist DeRay Mckesson of Black Lives Matter. During that conversation the lid blew off the septic tank and McAuliffe began to spew.
He made up claims that what they like to call white patriots these days, “white nationalists,” had stashed weapons around the City of Charlottesville prior to the arrival of his BLM, Communist, AntiFa army. He said, “They had battering rams and we had picked up different weapons that they had stashed around the city.”
Even if they had found weapons stashed, such as that battering ram, unless they had a label attached that said “property of white supremacists,” how would he have known who they belonged to. Battering rams, baseball bats don’t have serial numbers that are stored in a national database for easy retrieval.
Corinne Geller, a spokesperson for the Virginia State Police, attempted to dig her lying chief executive out of the hole he created with his fabrications, telling reason.com, “The governor was referring to the briefing provided him in advance of Saturday’s rally and the extra security measures being taken by local and state police. As a safety precaution in advance of August 12, such searches were conducted in and around Emancipation and McIntire Parks. No weapons were located as a result of those searches.”
Got it, Corrine, a briefing that stated no weapons were found was innocently misconstrued by McAuliffe to have been a statement that weapons were found and it included information as to it including a battering ram and then the catch all of “different weapons,” not firearms, likely or the gun-grabber would have certainly made a big deal out of it. Maybe there was a butter knife or a spoon outside of a restaurant, near the trash compactor. That’s obviously where white supremacists would place their weapons cache.
McAuliffe upped the ante with his comments to the New York Times, which were later removed, apparently in the interest of not exposing their Democrat comrade as the liar that he is and in the face of questions regarding the veracity of his remarks. He said, “It’s easy to criticize, but I can tell you this, 80 percent of the people here had semiautomatic weapons.”
McAuliffe’s lies continued, “You saw the militia walking down the street, you would have thought they were an army. I was just talking to the State Police upstairs; they had better equipment than our State Police had, and yet not a shot was fired, zero property damage.”
Geller once again made excuses for and replaced the lies of Governor McAuliffe with what she presented as the truth, stating, “The governor was referencing the weapons and tactical gear the members of various groups attending the rally had on their persons. I can assure you that the Virginia State Police personnel were equipped with more-than-adequate specialized tactical and protective gear for the purpose of fulfilling their duties to serve and protect those in attendance of the August 12 event in Charlottesville.”
It’s worth noting she did not dispute the Governor’s contention that not a shot was fired. If it’s “illegal” to exercise your Second Amendment rights in Charlottesville then we must assume gun-grabbing McAuliffe would have had them picked up immediately if they were found to be in violation. Since open carry is legal in Virginia, what’s the point of his comments other than to portray them as dangerous and threatening?
How can anyone believe anything this shyster says? Especially the people of Virginia, who are exposed to his lies on a daily basis.
