(Breitbart) On Tuesday’s broadcast of NBC’s “Today,” Senator Lindsey Graham stated that the differences between President Trump and Attorney General Jeff Sessions are “much deeper” than Sessions’ handling of the Russia investigation and that any replacement for Sessions will have to pledge that Special Counsel Mueller “will be allowed to finish his job without political interference.”

Graham said that the rift between Trump and Sessions is “much deeper” than how Sessions has handled the Russia probe, but wouldn’t say what the other reasons for the rift are. He added, “You have to replace him with somebody who is highly qualified and will commit to the Senate to allow Mueller to do his job.”

Graham further stated, “Nobody is going to take Jeff’s place that doesn’t commit to the Senate and the country as a whole that Mueller will be allowed to finish his job without political interference.”

6 Comments on GRAHAM: SESSIONS REPLACEMENT WILL HAVE TO PLEDGE TO LET MUELLER DO HIS JOB

  1. I’m not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but the DOJ reports to POTUS. Telling us how bad Sessions, FBI, Mueller, and all the other swamp creatures are, and doing nothing is, in my book, enabling them.

I can count on one finger the “best” people that have been brought into this administration. IMO, the socialist princess and her cabal are running the agenda, either by nievete or design.

  2. what Trump SHOULD have done is the SECOND SESSIONS RECUSED HIMSELF I WOULD HAVE FIRED HIM ON THE SPOT.
and Trump had the REASON because Sessions wasn’t HONEST WITH HIM ABOUT THIS.
after the midterms will be the TIME TO GET RID OF THE SNEAKY ASS HOLE.

  3. Just what is Muellers job? I didn’t think witch hunts were a job.

  4. Mueller has long since completed his original charge…to investigate hypothetical “collusion” between Russian interests and Donald Trump. Two years and over $5 million later, no evidence of any such “collusion” (not even a crime, btw) has been leaked; and you can ‘bet the farm’ that if something had been found, it would have been in the press and broadcast 24-7 by CNN and MSNBC, etc., long ago. It’s far past time to cut off funding for this purely-political “witch hunt”…and direct Mueller to issue his report within 30 days! Then it will be time to start investigating Hillary’s perjury, violations of federal law, use of unsecure servers and communications devices to receive store and transfer top secret national security information, spoliation (deletion) of evidence and her pay-to-play influence peddling while she was Obama’s Secretary of State.

Then there is no point in replacement of the present AG you stupid idiot. This is out of hand, it has gone past the area it was allotted, it is costing the taxpayers millions and it’s a waste of time. We need an AG like Joe diGenova and an FBI Director like Rudy. Trouble is, our President hasn’t a clue about politics…he keeps choosing from the swamp and thinking it will get better.

  6. So, why bother replacing him?
