Fitton and Jarrett agree the stunt being pulled by Rosenstein and Sessions with John Huber is a stalling tactic that is not a criminal investigation but an internal review of a review…

Gregg Jarrett, filling in for Lou Dobbs, plays a clip of Rep Mark Meadows affirming the need for a second special counsel rather than simply the appointment of a prosecutor from outside of DC who must then investigate his boss, his peers and the administration of the pretend “president” who appointed him.   [[WATCH VIDEO BELOW]]

He posts a graphic of eight DOJ and FBI employees persons who have either been fired or demoted for their roles in the coup against President Trump. He points to the revelations by Reps Meadows and Jordan that McCabe lied four times in situations where it was a crime for him to do so.

Jarrett asks Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton if McCabe, as an apparent serial liar didn’t both deserve to be fired and deserve to subsequently be prosecuted. Fitton agrees and says, “You don’t even need a special counsel to conduct a prosecution, you’ve got these two internal findings.” He takes the discussion back to a point made by Rep Jim Jordan.

Fitton notes “the series of issues with the FBI, James Comey gets fired by President Trump, steals documents, leaks them improperly in violation of the law to get a special counsel appointed. You have his number two getting fired for lying repeatedly about his handling of the Clinton email investigation.”

He continues, “You’ve got the Strzok-Page issue with the text messages suggesting that upending the entire Justice Department and FBI criminal investigative process with respect to both Hillary Clinton and Donald  Trump. You’ve got the abuses of the FISA warrants and you’ve got Bruce Ohr, don’t forget him, the number four at the Justice Department who was playing shell games with Clinton, DNC, Fusion GPS and Christopher Steele.”

Jarrett joins in, “Don’t forget Rybicki and Baker have either headed for the door or been demoted and reassigned.” Fitton pauses and declares, “That’s a pretty extraordinary set of circumstances, to really get someone working on this full time as opposed to doing an internal review and having a prosecutor based in Utah do a review. He’s not doing a prosecution, he’s not doing an investigation. He’s monitoring the paperwork created by the IG.”

Jarrett wonders how being in Utah automatically makes everything okay and how an investigation can be conducted from there with all of the evidence and wrongdoers 2,500 miles away. He also points out that Huber is still with the Department of Justice so he’s conflicted.

Fitton notes that there really is no reason for pretending that all of this has to be conducted in secret, citing the involvement of McCabe as common knowledge that needs no protection of secrecy to prevent him from being alerted to the investigation. He’s already run op-eds in his defense and set up a Gofundme account. He’s aware of what’s going on.

After stating that what is needed is a grand jury and a judge, Jarrett reads from a letter Sessions wrote in which he stated,  “The IG has the authority to investigate allegations of wrongdoing, collect evidence through subpoena.” Jarrett says, “No he doesn’t. He has no jurisdiction over some of the main people, like Comey and Gates and McCabe, who have already left the FBI and Department of Justice. The IG has no jurisdiction, he can’t compel them to do anything.”

Fitton notes that Huber likewise is not prosecuting – he’s reviewing. “He’s investigating whether to investigate. This is classic two-steps on the part of the Justice Department leadership.” He says they don’t think they want to be seen as going strong against them because in the end it’s going to run into the Mueller investigation, forcing that compromised sham investigation to shut down.

Jarrett says it was Rosenstein who essentially selected himself, in Huber, an Obama holdover that Rosenstein was familiar with. He calls it “a Rosenstein manipulation and machination in which he basically duped Sessions who is naive and gullible.”

So we’re right back to the Sessions-Rosenstein cover up and stonewalling with a space holder preventing any real action from taking place and attempting to run out the clock until 2020 or they succeed in ousting President Trump.

  1. All I can say is, again, if this one doesn’t do it then nothing will. They keep us looking for the next investigation, different than the last one.

Another stalling tactic, waste of time and money, more people getting involved to investigat something that’s already investigated.
The proof is in the pudding, you have the pudding, Sessions. Time for some ACTION !
Grand Jury NOW, or start Arresting the known Criminals. Anymore Delays, You will be Charged for Obstructing Justice !
Heck, even Perry Mason was more competent than this. Ya, I know it was just a movie but it portrayed the procedures, timelines and arrest.
So what if these are big wig government people, there still American citizens given an authority of power in our govt., they sbused those powers over and over.
We all have to face the consequences of our actions. You AG Sessions have that power to hand down those consequences. Do your job and Arrest these people already, not just a replacement to another position, not a retirement with a fat pension, not a slap on the wrist unless it’s hand cuffs and set in a jail cell or prison.
Even Dwight Hammond didn’t commit the degree of crimes these people have.

  3. forget 2020, if all this BS isn’t settled by then, were headed for a REVOLUTION OR CIVIL WAR.
and anyone who might not think so? ARE NOT READING THE TEA LEAVES AT ALL.
your looking at a CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS WE HAVEN’T SEEN SINCE OUR LAST CIVIL WAR.
NO DAMN GOVT AGENCY CAN INVESTIGATE ITSELF, WHEN THEY ARE THE CORRUPTED and CRIMINAL, COMMITTING SEDITION, TREASON, FRAUD, HIGH CRIMES, DESTROYING AND REDACTING RECORDS, EXT.
AND THIS IS AND WAS ALL PLANNED, REMEMBER THAT INSURANCE PROTECTION THEY TALKED ABOUT.
and right now SESSIONS IS THE KEY PLAYER, BY ALL HIS INACTION.
HELL A BLIND MAN CAN SEE ALL THIS FOR WHAT IT IS.
