Pro-invasion Democrat members of the House of Representatives met on Thursday with Tom Homan, the Acting Director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Following the meeting they held a press conference in which they engaged in their predictable and customary hand-wringing over the idea that immigration law could actually be enforced and those people here in the country illegally returned to where they belong.
Leading off the sob session was Rep. Linda Sanchez (D-CA), who said there were a number of questions put to the Homan about the removals and the scope and the breadth of the enforcement of the related executive order.
Sanchez says, “the takeaways from that meeting are essentially that under the new executive order, the universe of people that are a priority for removal is greatly expanded and in fact, I believe that all would be at risk. And they said that we can and should expect many more arrests and removals this year.”
Rep Steny Hoyer made the usual “if they’re a ‘real criminal’ who did something other than break into the country to take American jobs, dry up the available housing, drive down wages and be supported by the American people as they steal someone’s identity,’ they should be deported pitch.”
He said, “Everybody here agrees, somebody who has committed a serious crime, and is here without authorization, nobody on this stage believes that they ought not to be removed.” He says they understand the current policy is “to extend the exposure to all people.” You mean as the law is written and not as it was broken under the Democrats previously, Steny?
Rep Joaquin Castro, who’s parents formulated the racist organization “La Raza,” said, “It was hard to not leave that meeting an believe that the trump administration is going to target as many immigrants as possible.” You mean illegal immigrants, do you Joaquin? Legal immigrants are legal and have nothing to be concerned about. He noted that the status of DACA illegals is unclear but that “everyone else is fair game to them.”
Finally, a President who is enforcing immigration law. Now if they will just start fining or imprisoning a few employers for hiring them, Americans can get their wages back up where they belong. Attorney General Sessions understands that quite well. We can expect something related to that aspect of enforcement in the not too distant future.
Thank you for reading and sharing my work – Facebook is trying to starve us out of existence, having cut literally 98% of our traffic over the last year. Your shares are crucial for our survival, and we thank you. We’ve also created a presence on Gab.ai and MeWe.com, although their reach is presently much smaller, the continued abuse by Facebook of conservative voices leaves us no option. We’re remaining on Facebook for the time being, as we make the transition. Please take a look when you have a chance or if we “suddenly disappear” from Facebook as has happened to many other truth-tellers.
