Kobach says Dems have one shot at their voter recruitment DACA amnesty, to agree to fund the border wall, end chain migration, end the visa lottery and support e-verify. If
Kansas Republican Secretary of State Kris Kobach joined Neil Cavuto for a discussion of two important issues, the wrangling between parties over border security and amnesty for illegals and fraudulent voting in the United States.
Cavuto asks if Democrats will concede on the border wall in exchange for the DACA amnesty. Kobach replies, “I think they have to if they want to get anything on DACA, an amnesty for those 800,000 individuals.” He points out, “DACA is bad policy. You’re legalizing 800,000 illegal aliens to compete against Americans in their 20s and 30s who have a 9% unemployment rate, 19% underemployment.”
“So this is something there’s got to be a lot in return for,” says Kobach. “Not just the wall but also the RAISE Act to stop chain migration and mandatory E-verify to stop the surge of new illegals who will come in from getting jobs. So I think the parties are at opposite ends of the spectrum right now and unless Democrats move I don’t think anything is going to happen.”
Kobach recommends deportation for the entire families who came here illegally, back to the country they belong in. He points out that returning to the country of one’s citizenship is not punishment, it is just a correction to the way things are supposed to be. He recommends those who then would like to return to the US follow the law and do so the right way.
The odds are that Trump is playing Democrats perfectly. They’ll either give in and get the immoral “moral victory” of their amnesty or stand their ground and take the heat for refusing to compromise on behalf of their illegal alien base.
In addition to the wall funding debate, the President’s bi-partisan Voter Fraud Commission has now been shut down due to the obstruction mounted by Democrats. Their functions have now been turned over to the Department of Homeland Security.
Kobach explains that the Commission was spending most of their time dealing with the harassment lawsuits intended to prevent them from being able to function. Moving the operations to Homeland Security will make that obstruction much more difficult.
He points out that “Democrats effectively lost their seat at the table by attacking the commission.” He goes on to address the level of voter fraud that they discovered, despite the best efforts of Democrats to keep it hidden and insulated from public scrutiny.
