CONGRESSMEN CALL FOR MOBSTER ROSENSTEIN IMPEACHMENT, TRUMP TO TAKE ACTION

Rosenstein has gone too far with his mobster bullying of Congressional aides as part of DOJ obstruction and cover up. He has to go and Trump needs to order DOJ to…

It  seems that in addition to the blatant cover up and obstruction going on at the DOJ, there has been a willingness on their part to play on the professionalism of their adversaries, knowing that they would be reluctant to run crying to the media, as Democrats would, to expose abuses of power in the form of personal attacks.

That layer of protection is evaporating with revelations about the misconduct of Rod Rosenstein. Sean Hannity notes credible reports from Herridge, Carter and Jarrett of threats and temper tantrums being unleashed on his opponents by the man the disconnected and useless AG Jeff Sessions described as a “28 year veteran of the DOJ who would never engage in inappropriate conduct.”

Rep Jim Jordan confirms he’s heard the same thing, having spoken directly with witnesses to the offenses.  He says, “If in fact this did take place, which I think it did, this is the executive branch threatening staffers of a standing House committee trying to do their job and get answers for the American people. This is as wrong as it gets.”

Taking an initial step into actively campaigning to replace Paul Ryan, Jordan says, “And the fundamental question it raises is, will the Speaker of this House stand up and defend House Intelligence Committee staffers. And the best way to do that, in my judgment, is to bring up the resolution that the three of us introduced and Mr. Meadows and others introduced, earlier today on the House floor.”

Hannity asks Rep DeSantis, “Where is the Speaker on this?” DeSantis replies, “Sean, this conduct, if true, to me is disqualifying. He cannot be the deputy attorney general if he’s threatening people who work in Congress, simply because we’re doing our job to try to get answers for the American people. And the arrogance of Rosenstein, for months and months to stonewall and stonewall, nonstop, even basic answers to redact information has just gotten to the boiling point. We in Congress need to act. I think his position there is untenable.” He never did respond to the question about Ryan.”

Hannity says he’s hearing that one of the reasons Rosenstein is lashing out in the way he is “is because there are specific documents with specific days and specific dates that may implicate him. Have you heard the same thing?”

Gaetz isn’t shy in putting the blame where it belongs, saying, “We have, Sean. Rod Rosenstein in intractably conflicted in this investigation. And as brave patriots like Kash Patel work hard for the Congress to expose the corruption and the bias, then they’re threatened by Rod Rosenstein? This is outrageous. Kash Patel was in my office, concerned for the fact that he, as a staff member, was doing his job and that somehow had a different branch of government bringing these threats upon him.”

Gaetz says, “So, look, I’m sick and tired of Rod Rosenstein’s games. I think we need to impeach Rosenstein. He won’t turn over documents. He signed a FISA renewal against the President of the United States, and frankly, if we don’t step up and defend our institution, then what good is the Congress anyway?”

Hannity asks how Congress can do their jobs under the threat of retaliatory harassment by the DOJ mobsters. Jordan says there are two questions that need to be answered following the release of the IG report. Will Rosenstein fire any of his accomplices for criminal wrongdoing and will Speaker Ryan stand up and defend people on House standing committees who were threatened by the Department of Justice.

DeSantis echoes the sentiments of his colleagues and encourages President Trump to do the right thing by ordering transparency out of the crooks that have taken over DOJ and who are targeting him as much as anyone else.

I like to see the heat being turned up on the water. We have a good simmer going on. I can’t wait to see it in full boil.

  2. this crap and Rosenstein NEEDS ENDED RIGHT NOW.

The congress needs to impeach him if he doesn’t come across with the information they are seeking. It sounds like he is hiding something. If he is guilty, it needs to come out.

  4. “……. what good is the Congress anyway?”

I whole heartedly agree with that question. Since the Executive Branch is threatening Congress, and the head of the executive branch must know, I have to conclude it’s OK.

  5. It’s discouraging when such a bureaucrat as this can have more power than the president.
