If we Americans had an actual Department of Justice or an FBI that was impartial and prosecuted the big criminals who reside inside of our government with the same zeal it does the lowly commoners, this revelation would result in some immediate action.
As it is, with the DOJ still apparently in the hands of Loretta Lynch, Eric Holder and Hussein Obama, with Jeff Sessions little more than a plantation worker dressed up in whiteface, nothing more than nods and affirmations of “see, I told you Comey was a dirty cop,” will be forthcoming.
It turns out that former FBI director, James Comey had made his decision not to prosecute Hillary Clinton long before she was “interviewed” on July 5th by the FBI and before that emergency grandkids and golf discussion was held between Bill Clinton and AG Loretta Lynch on the Phoenix airport tarmac.
The Senate Judiciary Committee obtained the Comey memos in the conduct of its investigation into Comey’s firing by President Trump. The information that Comey had gotten a head start on writing the exoneration statement before interviewing key witnesses, including Clinton, came from transcripts of interviews given last fall by two FBI officials.
The fact that the supposed investigation is now completely exposed as a charade to deceive the public while protecting their mob boss should come as no surprise to anyone. We know that there was no search of the Clinton property and virtually all of the evidence was allowed to be destroyed or never sought, including the server and NSA copies of emails stored in Utah.
Comey’s chief of staff, James Rybicki, and Trisha Anderson, the principal deputy general counsel of national security and cyber law at the FBI, gave the interviews as part of an investigation conducted by the Office of Special Counsel into the FBI’s handling of the Clinton email investigation.
Transcripts of those interviews are heavily redacted by there are enough clues to the content to indicate that Comey had begun working on his announcement that Clinton would be let off the hook in April or May of 2016, prior to the FBI interviewing 17 witnesses, including Clinton herself and some of her top aides.
Clinton was finally “interviewed” on July 2nd, with the results of Comey’s predetermined decision announced immediately thereafter, on July 5th.
Senators Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Lindsey Graham (R-NC) noted that the draft of Comey’s decision was completed prior to either Cheryl Mills or Heather Samuelson, two of her top and most complicit aides, being given what the Senators called their “highly unusual” immunity deals. Clearly the fix was in.
The immunity deals were a mechanism for shielding the criminals from investigation by real law enforcement professionals at the FBI by their crooked leadership, prohibiting investigators and prosecutors from asking about conversations between the two Clinton aides and Platte River Networks, the Denver-based tech firm that maintained Clinton’s bootleg server in which she stored stolen US government documents.
In a letter to the FBI, the two Senators wondered how Comey could have conducted a have conducted a complete and impartial investigation if he had already decided the outcome before all of the information had been gathered and studied.
They wrote, “Conclusion first, fact-gathering second — that’s no way to run an investigation. The FBI should be held to a higher standard than that, especially in a matter of such great public interest and controversy.” They added, “The outcome of an investigation should not be prejudged while FBI agents are still hard at work trying to gather the facts.”
Having dutifully condemned the obvious corruption and criminality on the part of DOJ and FBI leadership, the Senators will go back to letting “Mueller do his job.” He’s ignoring the very serious and actual crimes of his crony Comey, Loretta Lynch and Hillary Clinton, in search of the Russia, Russia, Russia unicorn.
So are Attorney General Jeff Sessions and FBI Director Christopher Wray. The cover up and facade of an actual government where a criminal syndicate has taken over continues.
