Maybe the Neanderthals in BLM didn’t know any better than to attack their fellow leftist anti-Americans in the ACLU. It could have been a result of indoctrination being substituted for an education, with them ignorantly “reading” the organization as “A Clue” and not having one themselves as to who they were.
Carlson notes that BLM agitators, referring to them by the sanitized and more politically correct identity of protesters, at the College of William and Mary in Virginia, “Shut down a free speech event, hosted by, of all people, the ACLU.”
Carlson asks, ‘Why’d they do that? Because free speech is now bigotry.” He shows a video of the thugs invading the liberal “safe zone,” holding up signs for the ten people or so in attendance, blocking the stage and shouting down the participants.
As always there was their trademark offensive and moronic chanting, with such gems as “ACLU, you protect Hitler too” about a dead WW II war criminal whose fascist beliefs are closely held by BLM benefactor, George Soros.
There was the ubiquitous “No justice no peace,” and a new release sure to head for the top of the charts, “The revolution will not uphold the Constitution.” The BLM goons also recited one Carlson especially got a kick out of, “Liberalism is White Supremacy.”
He invited a New York City Councilman, Jumaane Williams, on his program, who is “closely aligned with BLM,” who seems to have some sort of nervous disorder that makes him jerk while he’s talking. Carlson focuses on the position of the disrupters and their statement that “The revolution will not uphold the Constitution,” asking, “What does that mean exactly.”
Williams dodges, saying, “Well, you’d have to ask the people who were protesting,” who he claims are “just trying to express that by whatever tactics they have,” that being a vague reference to “issues.” Basically he’s saying it’s okay to disrupt others as they’re trying to speak because it’s a tactic and all’s fair.
Carlson addresses the tendency on the part of the left to attack the Bill of Rights, asking if that bothers him. Williams replies that everyone agrees on free speech and that them shutting down the free speech of others was BLM exercising their own right to free speech.
Predictably, the BLM allied City Council thug blames everything that is wrong with America on white folks and their supposed privilege. Carlson correctly replies, “Yeah, I, of course, have no idea what you mean and I’m not sure you do either.
He attempts to wrap their despicable behavior in a protective blanket of civil disobedience, again, conflating their own right to speech with infringing on those same rights for others. It’s liberalism at work, the fact that it’s indefensible has no impact on the ferocity of their weak arguments or their willingness to make them.”
Jackass Williams then goes on to make some wild accusation that slavery is permitted in the Fifteenth Amendment for prisoners. It’s not, the Fifteenth Amendment states, “The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.” It’s a protection of rights from racism, not the other way around.
Williams got it out there, though, with appearing ignorant or dishonest on national television apparently something he’s comfortable with.
