Tucker Carlson reveals intimidation by the Obama administration and Clinton State Department of contractors and others intended to force them to remain silent about what happened at Benghazi. Could it be there are some things Clinton and Susan Rice didn’t tell us?
The report by Catherine Herridge starts off with her interviewing a whistleblower contractors and asking the question, “Was the State Department Contract Officer trying to silence you? He replied, “Oh, absolutely,” and gives details.
Jerry Torres, a former Green Beret, is the President and CEO of Torres Advanced Enterprise Solutions, which provides security for US embassies and consulates around the world. He worked with former Army intelligence officer Brad Owens, with more than 45 years of experience combined.
They have firsthand knowledge of the events of Benghazi and the lead up to the attack. They say nothing has changed in the five years since the Benghazi attack. The same people who made the bad decisions that led to the deaths of four Americans are still in their same jobs making the same types of decisions today.
They relay having bid on the security contract for Benghazi and it instead going to an unknown company called “Blue Mountain Group” which utilized unarmed local guards recruited through a third party company.
Owens described Blue Mountain as “A teenie-tiny little security company registered in Wales that had never had a diplomatic security contract, it had never done any other high threat contracts anywhere else in the world.”
Herridge shows correspondence from Ambassador Stephens that indicated they knew they were in trouble and notified the State Department that radical Islamic groups were everywhere. Owens says, “They were sending these cables back to the contracting guys and the decision makers back here and they weren’t responding.”
“Two weeks before the attack,” says Herridge, “with the situation critical, suddenly the State Department wants their help.” Owens says, “They came back to us and said can you guys come in and take over security? So we were ready, I mean. Unfortunately, twelve days later the Ambassador was killed.”
Herridge says, “After the attack, emails show Blue Mountain was advised not to talk. Torres and Owens claim they got the same order. And the State Department contracting officer Visintainer went further, summoning Torres in early 2013 from another job overseas, to come to the State Department Bldg in Rosslyn, Virginia. Then the suspicious CYA activity really became evident.
Torres describes the meeting events, saying, “She stopped me in the lobby short of the guard post and had a conversation with me with respect to Benghazi. She said that I and people from Torres should not speak to the media, should not speak to any officials with respect to the Benghazi program.
Herridge notes that the State Department refused their requests to make Visintainer available and that the intimidation and economic hardships being inflicted by the State Department against Torres continue to this day. Since that conversation they have won only ten percent of the contracts they have bid on.
What were Clinton and company afraid they would say? Why did Blue Mountain get the contract and who approved the use of unarmed local civilians in a high threat area? There are lots of questions that need to be answered. If the deep state gets their way, none of them will ever be asked.
