Bartiromo Sessions

It seems as if Attorney General Jeff Sessions has been hibernating for the past year and just stepped into his office for the first time this past week, with plans for what he’s going to accomplish at the Department of Justice and how he’s going to right the ship by returning integrity.

He’s apparently a bit of a magician as well, in that he’ll do it utilizing many of the same corrupt individuals responsible for the loss of that integrity and credibility in the first place. Two recent additions he spoke highly of, FBI Director Christopher Wray and Trump witch hunt coordinator, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein are two dirty cops Sessions had high praise for.   [[VIDEO BELOW]]

Apparently unaware that unless one does something to fix a problem they are part of it and that allowing criminal and subversive activity to continue makes him a party to it, Sessions defended his failures of the past year and looks forward to taking action “soon.”

Sessions, noticeably missing a flag lapel pin, effectively defends President Trump’s immigration stance and the Grassley bill that was defeated by the dysfunctional Senate, as well as the loop holes that prevent the enforcement of immigration laws and deportation.

Maria Bartiromo shifts gears, asking Sessions about the lawlessness within his department over the past eight or ten years. She asks about the FISA court abuses that have been made public, “Anyway you look at it it appears the FBI and the Department of Justice were abusing their power over the election because they simply did not like Donald Trump. We know that on a number of issues. Now people want you to start handing down justice.”

She plays a clip of Newt Gingrich from the previous week’s program criticizing Sessions, who he calls a great guy, as being mystified for his failures to do his job. Bartiromo asks, “Are you, sir, investigating the fact that the FBI used the dossier to get a wire tap against Trump associates and they did not tell the FISA court that the Democrats and Hillary Clinton paid for that dossier?”

Sessions says every FISA application has to be accurate and “that will be investigated.” No explanation was offered for why it hasn’t been investigated to this point, since Rep Jim Jordan and others have met with him and expressed their concerns months ago. Perhaps it’s motivated by the same “transparency” that has his DOJ lawyers fighting to prevent the release of FOIA information to Judicial Watch and other defensive efforts on behalf of the known criminal Hillary Clinton.

Sessions takes a deep breath when Bartiromo mentions another special counsel to look into his own department’s criminality under Hussein Obama. He goes into a long-winded non-answer about how able the criminals and deep state at the DOJ and FBI are at policing themselves, including the now-standard talking point to wait for the Inspector General’s report.

He supports Mueller and calls Rosenstein “a proven professional,” to which Bartiromo counters, “Well, there’s a lot of conflicts around the special prosecutor’s team, we know that.” She puts it aside and addresses the ignoring by DOJ of felonies “that have taken place,” playing a clip of House Intelligence Committee chairman Devin Nunes from the previous week as well.

Sessions says it is being investigated and then compares his tenure to that of Crooked Loretta Lynch, that she had three leak investigations during each of her last two years while he has 27 and are pursuing it aggressively.

Bartiromo asks about the potential for reopening the Hillary Clinton case or what he’s learned about it, “Will there be charges, will there be accountability here?” In the typical cryptic, half sentences we’ve unfortunately come to expect from individuals in his position, such as Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch, Sessions replies that they’re going to do their job “properly and correctly.”

If so that means he’s going to reopen that case and investigate the cesspool he’s swimming in. We’ll believe it when we see it. Talk’s cheap.

I’d like to believe him, but he was way too defensive. Had an article up today entitled, America Needs Fearless Rudy Giuliani As Our Attorney General, https://newswithviews.com/america-needs-fearless-rudy-giuliani-as-our-attorney-general/ I think we’ve given Sessions enough time, don’t you?

the President just NEEDS TO FIRE SESSIONS AND BE DONE WITH IT.
HE IS NEVER GOING TO DO A DAMN THING ABOUT ALL THIS CORRUPTION.
i would LOVE to see JUDGE JEANINE AS AG, and SHERIFF DAVID CLARKE AS FBI DIRECTOR.
    they are NOT SWAMP DWELLERS.

  4. “we will follow the law and the rule of law. We will have a tome of lawfulness, and investigate vigorously”. ROFLMAO.

Yes, the spin and obfuscation is to be expected from these corrupticians. They all do thew same thing. They always tell us what needs to be done and never do it.

I am glad that Wray and Rosenstein are such honorable men of integrity. (eye roll).
