Gloria Allred announced on Tuesday, “This morning we filed a defamation lawsuit on behalf of our client, Summer “Always Nervous” Zervos, against President-elect Donald Trump. The lawsuit alleges that Ms. Zervos had been subjected to unwanted sexual touching by Donald Trump and that she had told family she realized that she was just one many women who had been victimized by Mr. Trump’s predatory conduct.”
Allred’s lawsuit alleges that she had told family she realized that she was just one of many women victimized? That doesn’t make sense, Allred. She can allege unwanted touching but how does she allege her own comments to her family? Trump isn’t responsible for her comments. Is that just tossed in for dramatic effect for the Trump-haters in the audience? And why would you file it right before the inauguration? Does better showboating make for a bigger payday?
The shaky, “imminent breakdown” performance must have sold well with the “soap opera and Montel reruns after ‘The View'” crowd before as she’s employing it again, although in a slightly less exaggerated manner. Practice does make perfect, maybe Gloria bought her some acting lessons.
Zervos says, “I wanted to give Mr. Trump the opportunity to retract his false statements about me and the other women who came forward. Since Mr. Trump has not issued a retraction, as I requested, he has therefore left me with no alternative other than to sue him in order to vindicate my reputation.
Her reputation as an opportunistic, lying gold-digger is not going to be “vindicated” by a lawsuit for money but she may get rich. She knows he’s not going to apologize to her and admit he did what she claims. She’s also demanding the same for the other women, with no knowledge of whether any or all of their charges are false. Is she simply attempting to extort, embarrass or intimidate Mr. Trump into a blanket admission of something he didn’t do to make the problem go away? If so what is her objective?
Is this the first step in an Allred fishing expedition in which she’ll demand documents, such as video of “The Apprentice” for her case in order to see what she can come up with? Nervous Zervos says, “I want Mr. Trump to know that I will still be willing to dismiss my case against him, immediately, for no monetary compensation, if he would simply retract his false and defamatory statements about me and acknowledge that I told the truth about him.
She knows that isn’t going to happen, that he’ll never admit to something like that whether he did it or not, so that’s an empty gesture simply designed to make the gold-digger look credible. As for the polygraph test, what was the point of having it performed? She knows it’s not admissible in court, did she not believe her twitchy like a crack addict “victim” either or did she intend to poison the minds of America, by announcing the results in this press event?
Who performed the polygraph, Allred? Was it done by a law enforcement agency or in an office of one of your fellow Clinton delegates who you have a working relationship with? It’s hags like these that give extortionists and lawyers a bad name.
