AG Sessions Not Backing Down To Dems This Time – He’s Right, Hawaii Judge Abused His Power

The fake news sharks at CNN are all worked up into a frenzy over an innocent and justified remark Attorney General Sessions made about the “so-called” judge sitting in Hawaii and dictating to the rest of us that we won’t be protected under the Constitution by our President. Sessions is too much of a gentleman or politically savvy to point out that Hawaii has yet to be saddled with its first Syrian or any other variety of refugee, an inequity that should be immediately put to rest in grand fashion.

AG Sessions was a guest on the Mark Levin show when he simply stated the truth, saying, “I really am amazed that a judge sitting on an island in the Pacific can issue an order that stops the President of the United States from what appears to be clearly his statutory and constitutional powers.”

Everybody with half a brain should, like the Attorney General, be amazed; it’s insane and an abuse of power by that judge sitting on an island. The Attorney General has learned his lesson from when he was bullied by the left into a recusal from the fake Russia investigation. He’s not backing up; a wise change of strategy. This is another false, non-issue being blown out of proportion in hopes of damaging President Trump and a member of his administration.

AG Sessions did offer an explanation while visiting the border with DHS Secretary Kelly, saying, “I share with you my concern  that we have 700 federal judges in America. I simply made the point that one of them, not subject to having the advice of General Kelly, the Attorney General, the Secretary of Defense, the CIA Director. One judge has overruled the constitutional authority of the President of the United States to protect America through his executive order.

The Democrat Hawaiians naturally were quick to pounce on the opportunity, just as the “so-called” judge, choom boy Derrick, was quick to overstep his authority in keeping the terrorists flowing in. Their Senator, Brian Schatz, said he was appalled and disgusted. Maybe he didn’t know Hawaii was a group of islands. What’s disgusting is the usurpation of power by Obama’s choomy, which doesn’t bother Democrats, making them even more disgusting.

Stephen Miller makes an excellent point, that “It’s ludicrous to say that Congress can criticize the President and the President can criticize Congress and judges can criticize the President but the President can’t criticize judges.” The fact that something is ludicrous has never even slowed a Democrat down prior to it being spewed.

CNN tries to tap a nail into the Trump administration’s coffin with their next excerpt, in which Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) who says, “This kind of talk about the federal courts is fundamentally disrespectful to the independence of our judiciary.” Two points on that, Dick. He obviously is in the tank for Obama, his college buddy, the guy who appointed him. Your independence argument is laughable. As for the respect aspect, they’re getting more than they deserve. This “so-called judge” is a political hack abusing his power and should have already been removed and his cases reviewed by a real judge, based upon the law.

  1. The judicial system is continually demanding “judicial independence.” That will be the first words out of a corrupt lawyers mouth on his way to a judgeship. “Judicial independence” creates a system whereby the judges are unaccountable.” Throughout history, there’s have been only two government positions that have been unaccountable – Kings and Dictators. Neither fit well with freedom.

  2. Why comment—you never will post over half of them facebook???

These people that hold public office and supports the possible terrorist being brought into this country should be able to be sued by people harmed by these terrorists.
Not all muzzies are terrorists but in this day and age all terrorists are muzzie, so why not vet all who may be terrorist before allowed to come here? They may not be terrorist now but when enough have come to this country they will support the overthrow of our country.

  5. Sessions should not back down. The judge is a political hack who fits in perfectly with the corrupt powers to be in HI and other blue states. Like Obamacare scam, the rail is another political scam.

Remember that Gorsuch said the same thing as Blumenthal the very first week he was nominated. He is just as disrespectful of our President, and I wish the President had pulled his nomination.
