Here’s a question for the House Republicans who voted to reject an amendment to a bill which prevented the Military from paying for genitalia changes for confused, mentally ill people who probably shouldn’t be in the military to begin with.
What the heck does swapping out someone’s sexual equipment have to do with creating and maintaining a fighting force of any kind, let alone the best in the world? There’s another question, why are the American people being forced to pay for this kind of idiocy, especially when we have an out of control national debt? It’s not elective surgery or treatments as far as the taxpayers are concerned.
Rep Duncan Hunter (R-CA), an Iraq War Veteran put it like this, “If you’re going to decide to serve the United States military, figure out whether you are a man or a woman before you join up.”
GOP Rep. Vicky Hartzler introduced the amendment which was defeated by a 209-214 margin. 24 Republicans voted against it, putting politics ahead of responsible spending of our tax dollars.
Some, including Speaker Paul Ryan, made the argument that since Defense Secretary Mattis is conducting a full review of the policy, any action on their part was premature. Others who voted against it claimed that they did so in order to avoid potentially disrupting the passage of the NDAA.
One cross-dressing, shower-sharing, genital switching proponent, the OutServe-SLDN Executive Director who goes by the name Matt Thorn, adopted the predictable line in attacking normality and praising those who sided with the genetically confused.
He said, “Congresswoman Hartzler’s attempt to strip healthcare from service members and their families in a time of war was unpatriotic, unconstitutional, and just plain vile, we are pleased to see that the House of Representatives voted down this amendment.”
We understand that he wants others to finance this expensive perversion, but just how was it unconstitutional? Certainly the founding fathers were happy to be what they were and would never have stuck someone else with the cost had the perversion existed in that day.
Isn’t it more unconstitutional for those receiving the treatments and surgeries to be sticking their hands into other people’s pockets through the government filters, stealing their money for their own personal use?
Thorn added, “It would have been harmful to trans service members, spouses, and families with trans children; it would have undermined our mission readiness by degrading our capabilities as a fighting force. OutServe-SLDN will continue to support and defend our trans brothers and sisters in any and all legal and advocacy matters.”
That statement is a charade, a leftist bastardization of the concept of military readiness and the very term family. To claim that there are trans-children is to endorse child abuse. What they are doing, destroying the parameters of male and female, perversion and normal, is really what has a negative impact on military readiness, not the other way around.
The idiot Nancy Pelosi joined him in his praise and pursuit of social degradation and normalizing of insanity, labeling the amendment a threat to national security. Look in the mirror Nancy, we know it’s hard. See the threat, it’s that crazy woman looking back at you.
Pelosi said, “Republicans should be ashamed: instead of protecting the men and women who risk their lives to defend our freedoms, they are fighting to rip away the health care of thousands of brave service members.” She’s the one who should be ashamed, forcing our military women to shower and sleep with men, but not with normal men, men who are so screwed up in the head that some of them actually think they are women.
“This cowardly Republican amendment targeting transgender men and women in uniform effectively bans these patriotic Americans from serving their country.” Perhaps it does, Pelosi and that’s probably best. Not everyone is cut out for military service. That’s life, be a cook.
Those who voted against the amendment were Amash, Bergman, Coffman, Comstock, Cook, Costello, Denham, Dent, Faso, Fitzpatrick, Issa, Katko, Knight, Lance, LoBiondo, MacArthur, Mast, Reed, Reichert, Ros-Lehtinen, Schuster, Stefanik, and Tenny. They’ll be expecting to hear from you during the August recess.
