The UN oligarchs are, above all else, control freaks who demand that they make the rules that they expect their subjects, the formerly free men and women of the United States, the West and elsewhere to follow. Those rules have been laid out in a generally specific outline form, for “voluntary” compliance during this transition stage in the approach to 2030, in the 2030 Approach to Sustainable Development, a vague and non-descript name for UN world government, the much New World Order that we’ve been told doesn’t exist. The documents, meetings and organization all exist and are in various stages of implementation worldwide, including at the local level in every community in the United States.
The UN power distributors operate using a hidden in plain sight model, with a variety of meetings on various topics, most building upon the scheming that already has taken place. They make grand sounding proclamations that most of us dismiss as empty words, the fantasy dream world of power mad fools. Only those fools, such as Hussein Obama and his cronies, have managed to gain control of our wallets and our regulatory agencies. They have jurisdiction over our power grids and industry and our access to land and the redistribution of our money and assets to others in other nations. They’re not the harmless disturbed individuals they used to be. They’re dangerous.
In some of their agreements, such as in one Sustainable Development conference in Brazil in 2012 called, “The future we want,” declared in their preamble that they met “with the full participation of civil society” to discuss and set up the method for the imposition of their agenda upon all of humanity. I consider myself a civilized fellow, and a part of civil society. I did not receive an invitation nor did I participate in any discussion with the oligarchs of their thinly-veiled imposition of global slavery. They also didn’t invite anyone I know or any of my relatives. That’s enough to dispute their claims right there but they’re even more dishonest. I’ve never spoken with anyone or met an attendee of any of their bogus, all-inclusive affairs. Their assertions are false, both of their support and their legitimacy. They can truthfully claim neither.
They also impose other of their agreements with no such false assertions, such as the United Nations Sustainable Development Summit 2015, a set of very restrictive and very expensive training wheels for world government compliance. There will be a subsequent conversion from rules to laws under their one world social and economic “justice,” developmentally equal Marxist form to be introduced once the process has evolved to the point that we are no longer likely to revolt when shown the shiny new shackles. For now, a general outline is as much as they’re willing to declare, which was done in September under the 2030 Sustainable Development document which item #21 of that agreement tells us took effect on January 1st, 2016.
Due to the amount of material to be covered in this next phase, the more restrictive, intrusive, constricting, pilfering and redistributive sections have been selected, with key text emphasized. It is important to remember that we supposedly are on-board with the commitments outlined by the document, a self-destructive piece of UN aggression against the world. None of this can be carried out unless there is a power structure associated with it and with that structure comes subservience to it. There is also an incredibly unrealistic and destructive financial burden that we have also been committed to, without any input or the opportunity to voice our objections.
As we’ve previously addressed, the UN controllers have committed the signatories to the Sustainable Development document to a list of 17, largely unattainable liberal fantasy goals, methods of controlling our resources, our actions and our very existence.
We’ll go beyond the 17 bullet points in the remainder of this article, highlighting their specific instructions which preclude our independent thought and action as well as eliminating both our assets and free will in the process.
Since the absurd, sophomorically unachievable and unworkable nature of many, if not every item was addressed in an earlier article, we’ll restrict the content of this portion to an itemization of some of the more egregious and blatantly pilferage and power-driven mandates. These are the methods for implementation described within the document itself, which can be viewed in its original form here, with comments in many cases. Please bear in mind as you read the incredible amount of oversight and control that goes into making something like this happen and the investment required as well as the relinquishing of national and individual sovereignty that must be part of such a scheme. It’s all critical to the plot; it’s the reason for it. The humanitarian fluff is merely a premise for their existence. The control and revenue generating mechanisms are the actual goals. Add to that the expenses associated with creating all of these benefits for other nations, and one quickly comes to the realization that this is a plan for global wealth redistribution and economic suicide, one that the anti-American Marxist government of Hussein Obama committed us to in the seventieth UN summit in which it was officially adopted, with participation of his “spouse,” and her girl pal, Beyonce.
They start off with a ridiculously unattainable bite of the apple of absurdity that is big enough to choke all of the free world. But that’s just item number one;’ they’re just getting started. This article will appear in two parts, due to the length and vital nature of the material.
Goal 1. End poverty in all its forms everywhere – [A blatant, brazen commitment to global wealth redistribution, global Marxism]
1.1 By 2030, eradicate extreme poverty for all people everywhere, currently measured as people living on less than $1.25 a day.
1.2 By 2030, reduce at least by half the proportion of men, women and children of all ages living in poverty in all its dimensions according to national definitions
1.4 By 2030, ensure that all men and women, in particular the poor and the vulnerable, have equal rights to economic resources, as well as access to basic services, ownership and control over land and other forms of property, inheritance, natural resources, appropriate new technology and financial services, including microfinance
1.5 By 2030, build the resilience of the poor [a wonderfully vague and exploitable choice in terminology] and those in vulnerable situations and reduce their exposure and vulnerability to climate-related extreme events and other economic, social and environmental shocks and disasters – [Reducing their vulnerability to everything, what isn’t covered by these broad categories?]
1.a Ensure significant mobilization of resources from a variety of sources, including through enhanced development cooperation, [another example of terminology geared and created for exploitation and manipulation – just like sustainable and resilience, it can mean anything they want it to.] in order to provide adequate and predictable means for developing countries, in particular least developed countries, to implement programs and policies to end poverty in all its dimension.
1.b Create sound policy frameworks at the national, regional and international levels, based on pro-poor and gender-sensitive development strategies, to support accelerated investment in poverty eradication actions
Goal 2. End hunger, achieve food security [buy only secure Heinz-Kerry Ketchup] and improved nutrition and promote sustainable agriculture

2.3 By 2030, double the agricultural productivity and incomes of small-scale food producers, in particular women, indigenous peoples, family farmers, pastoralists and fishers, including through secure and equal access to land, other productive resources and inputs, knowledge, financial services, markets and opportunities for value addition and non-farm employment
2.4 By 2030, ensure sustainable food production systems and implement resilient agricultural practices that increase productivity and production, that help maintain ecosystems, that strengthen capacity for adaptation to climate change [fantasy protections from a fantasy problem can assume any form that can be sold] extreme weather, drought, flooding and other disasters and that progressively improve land and soil quality
Goal 3. Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages
3.3 By 2030, end the epidemics of AIDS, tuberculosis, malaria and neglected tropical diseases and combat hepatitis, water-borne diseases and other communicable diseases
3.7 By 2030, ensure universal access to sexual and reproductive health-care services, including for family planning, [A ‘killer’ opportunity for Planned Parenthood to expand globally on America’s dime] information and education, and the integration of reproductive health into national strategies and programs
3.8 Achieve universal health coverage, [Global Obamacare, building on its ‘incredible success’] including financial risk protection, access to quality essential health-care services and access to safe, effective, quality and affordable essential medicines and vaccines for all [Access means paid for and delivered, by the Western world]
3.a Strengthen the implementation of the World Health Organization Framework Convention on Tobacco Control in all countries, as appropriate – [Telling the new slaves they can’t smoke, we’re paying to make them healthy now, they have no choice]
3.c Substantially increase health financing and the recruitment, development, training and retention of the health workforce in developing countries, especially in least developed countries and small island developing States
Goal 4. Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all
4.1 By 2030, ensure that all girls and boys complete free, equitable and quality primary and secondary education leading to relevant and effective learning outcomes [“Global citizen” brainwashing paid for by their own labor under the Marxists they’re learning to serve]
4.2 By 2030, ensure that all girls and boys have access to quality early childhood development, care and pre-primary education so that they are ready for primary education [Marxville is the village it takes for raising the children]
4.3 By 2030, ensure equal access for all women and men to affordable and quality technical, vocational and tertiary education, including university [This won’t be cheap either, America]
4.7 By 2030, ensure that all learners acquire the knowledge and skills needed to promote sustainable development, including, among others, through education for sustainable development and sustainable lifestyles, human rights, gender equality, promotion of a culture of peace and non-violence, global citizenship and appreciation of cultural diversity and of culture’s contribution to sustainable development.
[In order to continue to perpetuate the lie and the web of entanglement, the UN institutions which promote it and shackle us with their control must be self-sustaining, the indoctrination must continue generation to generation. Brainwashing through their “education” or disinformation system will be the mechanism through which that function is accomplished, under the “religion” of global Marxism, as delegated by the UN.]
Goal 6. Ensure availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all
6.1 By 2030, achieve universal and equitable access to safe and affordable drinking water for all
6.2 By 2030, achieve access to adequate and equitable sanitation and hygiene for all and end open defecation, paying special attention to the needs of women and girls and those in vulnerable situations
6.6 By 2020, protect and restore water-related ecosystems, including mountains, forests, wetlands, rivers, aquifers and lakes [Every abuse of power lesson learned under the EPA to control the population, profiteer and pilfer resources will be available for application]
Goal 7. Ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all
7.1 By 2030, ensure universal access to affordable, reliable and modern energy services [The Americans will pay for it, Obama already has the Export-Import Bank reauthorized to finance much of this in Africa, guaranteed by the Americans against inevitable default.]
7.2 By 2030 increase substantially the share of renewable energy in the global energy mix [Who pays? – those generous Americans once again]
7.3 By 2030 double the global rate of improvement in energy efficiency
7.a By 2030, enhance international cooperation to facilitate access to clean energy research and technology, including renewable energy, energy efficiency and advanced and cleaner fossil-fuel technology, and promote investment in energy infrastructure and clean energy technology. [Massive fraud potential with associated international regulation and “leveling of the playing field” opportunities, made more attractive through the use of taxpayer dollars as the risk capital.]
Goal 8. Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all
8.1 Sustain per capita economic growth in accordance with national circumstances and, in particular, at least 7 per cent gross domestic product growth per annum in the least developed countries – [It’s so easy, just one dictatorial decree and the economy is booming]
8.2 Achieve higher levels of economic productivity through diversification, technological upgrading and innovation, including through a focus on high-value added and labor-intensive sectors. [Global Government mandated productivity and innovation, just like they use to have back in the Soviet Union and Yugoslavia, home of the Yugo.]
8.3 Promote development-oriented policies [more terminology that is completely subject to the interpretation of the abuser] that support productive activities, decent job creation, [Why are Americans, out of work at home, creating “decent jobs” abroad?] entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation, and encourage the formalization and growth of micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises, including through access to financial services
8.4 Improve progressively, through 2030, global resource efficiency in consumption and production and endeavor to decouple economic growth from environmental degradation, in accordance with the 10-Year Framework of Programs on Sustainable Consumption and Production, with developed countries taking the lead. [Big Brother Karl will be telling us what we’re going to consume and how much – Grasshoppers really do taste like bacon if they’re processed and cooked right, and they’re much more Islamic compliant]
8.5 By 2030, achieve full and productive employment [On the collective farms and in the state factories] and decent work for all women and men, including for young people and persons with disabilities, and equal pay for work of equal value [commie style]

8.7 Take immediate and effective measures to eradicate forced labor, [unless in the UN Collectives] end modern slavery [competitors with the UN] and human trafficking [Outside of DHS and State Department] and secure the prohibition and elimination of the worst forms of child labor, including recruitment and use of child soldiers, and by 2025 end child labor in all its forms
8.8 Protect labor rights [a means of controlling employers, regulations, legislation and large segments of the population]and promote safe and secure working environments for all workers, including migrant workers, in particular women migrants, and those in precarious employment
8.9 By 2030, devise and implement policies to promote sustainable tourism that creates jobs and promotes local culture and products
8.10 Strengthen the capacity of domestic financial institutions to encourage and expand access to banking, insurance and financial services for all [With the guarantees and compensation for bad debts to be held by the American people, undoubtedly]
8.a Increase Aid for Trade support for developing countries, in particular least developed countries, including through the Enhanced Integrated Framework for Trade-related Technical Assistance to Least Developed Countries
8.b By 2020, develop and operationalize a global strategy for youth employment and implement the Global Jobs Pact of the International Labor Organization [Forget that American kids can’t get part-time summer or after school jobs and are out of work in record numbers, we’ve got Ugandans, Kenyans and Brazilians to put to work]
Goal 9. Build resilient infrastructure, promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization and foster innovation
9.1 Develop quality, reliable, sustainable and resilient infrastructure, including regional and transborder infrastructure, to support economic development and human well-being, with a focus on affordable and equitable access for all

9.4 By 2030, upgrade infrastructure and retrofit industries to make them sustainable, with increased resource-use efficiency and greater adoption of clean and environmentally sound technologies and industrial processes, with all countries taking action in accordance with their respective capabilities [upgrading and retrofitting is not cheap, it’s a good thing the Americans have more money than they know what to do with, and are so reckless in the way they just toss it around]
9.a Facilitate sustainable and resilient infrastructure development in developing countries through enhanced financial, technological and technical support to African countries, least developed countries, landlocked developing countries and small island developing States
9.c Significantly increase access to information and communications technology and strive to provide universal and affordable access to the Internet in least developed countries by 2020
