George Stephanopoulos asks Congressman Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) if the Obama regime’s calculation that the illegal aliens will return to supporting him after the midterms as long as he fulfills his promise to grant illegal amnesty, Luis can’t bring himself to provide a straight answer.
Gutierrez says that the White House is clearly playing it safe, which he describes as walking away from their values and principles. Democrats are nothing if they are not perversely shameless.
Gutierrez is a pro-amnesty, pro-illegals, pro-open-borders hack who abuses his position as a Congressman to further his racial agenda. American values and principles are not what he’s speaking of, he’s talking about his vision of Hispanic values, including “squatter’s rights.”
As a United States Congressman, he should be representing the values of America, a respect for the Constitution, enforcement of our borders and protecting our national sovereignty. Instead, he lobbies his racial preference agenda in all affairs of his office and encourages the illegal invasion of our country in direct conflict with his sworn oath.
He claims that the Democrats are so ignorant that they only considered polling in a few states that don’t have large Hispanic constituencies and simply made a mistake in not realizing that there would be consequences in states with large Hispanic populations.
Democrats are extremely adept at calculating political risks and advantages. They know exactly what they are doing. Luis may not like admitting that he and the racial group he is promoting are being used, but the truth is what it is. They’ll open their arms up to Obama again after the elections, provided he gives them the illegal actions they demand.
Gutierrez complains that playing it safe doesn’t lead to fairness, to justice and to good public policy. Fairness would be not rewarding illegal lawbreakers, not extending to them a benefit or a job that should be reserved for American citizens and legal immigrants. That’s an area of the discussion Gutierrez doesn’t engage in.
He admits to the mass induction going on in DHS, saying the illegals and he are in “a good place with Secretary Johnson” whom he called a “man of compassion.”
He’s a man of invasion, compassionate or not, but that is a word, like other, more accurate labels for what is taking place, that can’t pass the Congressman’s lips.
He says they’ll wait, that they have no choice, and he’s going to try to engage the White House. While never really answering the question, it’s clear Gutierrez is expecting big things from Obama when the political heat is off of his fellow facilitators in the Democrat Party.
He’ll be more than willing to act against the American people once there is nothing they can do to hold him accountable. The last chance to do that will be the first week of November.
