A dozen email accounts, not a dozen emails but a dozen email accounts, handled the top secret information that they found on Hillary Clinton’s server. That’ the report from a government official, according to Fox News. That same information has been deemed to be too sensitive for anybody without the highest security clearances to look at. Those are clearances which Clinton aides did not have.
Clinton Aides Committed Multiple Felonies In Handling Top Secret Emails
Judge Andrew Napolitano recaps what is known, including that the top Clinton aides regularly received from Hillary Clinton’s private personal server top secret emails. “These were emails,” the Judge notes, “which the aides lacked the security clearance to receive. So this tells us a couple things. One, Mrs. Clinton was so reckless in the manner in which she sent out top secret emails, knowingly sending them to people who weren’t authorized to receive them. We know two, that their acceptance, discussion and transfer of this is a felony, we know three that the FBI now has leverage.”
He says, “The Justice Department can indict her top aides and trade with them. What would they want; Testimony against Mrs. Clinton in return for a deal with them.” He notes that the FBI has not been able to find an email account in Mrs. Clinton’s name, indicating that all of her correspondence was done over unsecured lines. He also observes that one of those communicating with Clinton was Hussein Obama, so clearly he also knew he was communicating over an unsecured system.
He also points out that the decision by the FBI as to whether or not to recommend an indictment keeps being delayed by virtue of the ever-expanding nature of the investigation. The more they investigate the more criminal wrongdoing they uncover which needs to be investigated. All of that takes time and resources.
Judge Napolitano says that if a decision is made by the FBI to indict and the DOJ, because of political cronyism decides against indicting, the repercussions against Mrs. Clinton will be as great as if she had been indicted. He gives Democrats way too much credit.
