George Will has an explanation for why Hussein Obama chose not to mention the drubbing his Party took as a result of his “leadership” being on the ballot in the midterms in his State of the Union Address.
Will points out that “ignoring reality is part of the job description of being a Progressive so you ignore the majorities that are out there.”
He says, “The fact is, I believe Mr. Obama believes that anything he has to do collaboratively is beneath his dignity and that therefore the remainder of his term is to set up the 2016 election.”
He adds, “And therefore, why believe that, to coin a phrase he made famous, elections have consequences?”
