As some are warning Donald Trump that Vladimir Putin can’t be trusted and not to be fooled by his friendly overtures, the same warnings should be observed and are likely even more pertinent for the top Congressional leaders. While Mitch McConnell has been a little less obvious in his treachery over the past year, he’s still an establishment stiff. McConnell’s loyalties, if he’s capable of possessing such characteristics, lie with his puppeteers. There’s no doubt about Paul Ryan; a blind man can see he’s a snake, a weasel, a rat, a swamp creature of the most vile kind.
On Monday, rather than supporting the President-elect as he wrestles to put down the insurgency of the establishment Democrats, both McConnell and Ryan joined with their fellow political harlot-RINOs, John McCain and Lindsey Graham, in supporting the idea of hearings into the “Russia situation.” McConnell promised both the Senate Intelligence Committee and the Senate Armed Services Committee will conduct bipartisan reviews. Ryan and McConnell were their usual cutthroat selves, serving up the highest praise for the intelligence agencies. Beyond empty words neither one offered an explanation as to why, if there was a traceable hack, no evidence had been provided to substantiate their claims. That’s a strong indicator that the breach was an internal leak, not a hack but to admit that they’d have to be divorced from their political masters. That’s not going to happen.
It’s noteworthy that the treacherous Democrats are attempting to do what the Clinton people have been so angry and critical of James Comey for doing, creating a distraction in the last week before the vote. This time it’s the Clintons calling for and Obama manipulating and providing the intelligence agency support for questioning and the mechanisms for second-guessing the decision of the American voters ahead of the Electoral College vote. No Comey needed, they’ve got a Clapper.
McConnell said he had the “highest confidence” in the intelligence agencies, while House Speaker Paul Ryan praised them for “working diligently” to take on cyber threats from foreign governments. Right, and they’ve got the utmost confidence in the neutrality and integrity of Hussein Obama too, particularly after the Loretta Lynch fast one. They know he would never manipulate either personnel or one of the agencies under him for political reasons. It certainly appears like both McConnell and Ryan, as well as McCain and Graham are working with their establishment comrades. The only questions are how far they will go and whether or not they’re in the process of engineering a putsch.
McConnell said, “Any foreign breach of our cyber-security measures is disturbing and I strongly condemn any such efforts.“ He added, “The Russians are not our friends.” Does that go for establishment RINOs such as Ryan and et tu, Mitch?
On the topic of RINOs, John McCain joined with Chuck Schumer in issuing a joint statement on Sunday that the Senate would investigate the allegations. Did McConnell deputize McCain or did the word just come down from corporate headquarters? Along with Lindsey Graham and Jack Reed of Rhode Island, they stated, “Democrats and Republicans must work together, and across the jurisdictional lines of the Congress, to examine these recent incidents thoroughly and devise comprehensive solutions to deter and defend against further cyber-attacks.”
You mean the establishment puppets of both stripes must work together to defeat the will of the people and their agent, Donald Trump, don’t you, boys? Director Comey has nothing on these guys. If the Democrats wanted to motivate people to eliminate the Electoral College all together in favor of a popular vote, they’re certainly stirring up some of those sentiments with this malicious nonsense.
Keep your eyes open, Mr. Trump. The swamp water is rising, the vermin are getting bolder.
